A great yoga class and lovely break to the working day/way to spend lunchtime. I've been to a few of Emy's classes at my office, and this one was focused on hips. I appreciate shifting the focus each class and the balance of strength, a satisfying, deep stretch and relaxation. Emy also takes the time to pause flow and poses by zeroing in on a particular pose and breaking it down slowly and offering tips which is really helpful. A lot of yoga teachers will give you cues during the pose, maybe even come to adjust you, but actually pausing and showing students a broken down demonstration and ways to improve really makes a difference. That way you really can gain a better understanding and improve! Overall, love the classes and Emy's approach as an instructor :)

This was my second yoga class with Emy, and I enjoyed it even more than the first. He creates such a calm and welcoming atmosphere, and the class is well paced and easy to follow. I left feeling more relaxed, refreshed and stretched, both mentally and physically. It’s becoming something I genuinely look forward to each week. I would definitely recommend Emy to anyone, whether you’re new to yoga or have done it before.

I have just returned from a Retreat in Dorset hosted by the amazing Emy and Simon. Wow what a truly wonderful time. The place was absolutely stunning, luxurious and quirky with every comfort and amenity possible. Emy and Simon both shared their beautiful energy with us all bringing strangers together and creating wonderful friendships. Fabulous yoga every day and teaching us all a new way to experience breathwork. Soundbaths both in the magical shala and floating in the pool. I could go on forever. Well Done Emy and Simon I can't Thankyou enough 🥰

I haven’t bought many candles this year as I had so many as gifts at Christmas. I’m so glad to have used other candles up and now back to ChokuReiki candles. They are by far my favourite. The personalised notes that come with the candles fill me with joy. I’m looking forward to seeing both of you at the world yoga festival and buying some candles and other beautiful products.

This was my first time of ever attending a sound bath. I was really looking forward to it. The hosts were both exceptionally welcoming and very friendly. Generally nice people. The set up as you walked in looked great with a calm and relaxing feel. Sadly throughout the whole session there was someone stood outside the room talking loudly on a phone. This really ruined the experience, it’s ashame that no one went out to him and asked if he could possibly be aware of what was happening in the hall. The guys also mentioned they were introducing something new in to their routine which was a hand held bunch of branches which were constantly rustled and tapped throughout the session this was ok to begin with but then began to be annoying as you couldn’t hear the other great sounds that were taking place.
