Order a new fire test kit
Order a new fire test kit. Paid for next day delivery. Didn't arrive I rang up to be told they were waiting on stock and it would be with me friday. Not ideal but id wait. Still not here and phone keeps going to voice mail and no answer to my email. Will most likely request a refund when I can get through as im now out £1800 and having to push jobs back.

Tremendous customer service and competitive pricing. I actually made a mess of my original order and then had to return everything anyway as I had ordered the wrong type of smoke alarms. All the errrors were entirely mine.
They dealt with it all brilliantly (thanks Heather).

Not to be trusted 2 weeks no goods and no refund as promised.
Made an order on the 26th April for 2 extinguishers that have still not arrived, despite my numerous phone calls.
Only today 12th May after chasing again have they issued a credit note.
I can only assume a refund is on its way, as nobody called me back as promised.
You need to be better Safe Fire Direct.

Unfortunately there was an unexpected delay with the fire extinguishers you had purchased, after being sent directly from the manufacturer there was a delay with the courier getting these to you.
Once we were able to cancel the delivery to you we then issued a refund, which has been processed.
I appreciate this process took longer than it should have done and there was some poor communication during.
Please accept our sincerest apologies for this, I can assure you this is not the usual standard of service we pride ourselves on and I hope that you may give us another chance in future to prove this.
