Great Service, Helpful Staff and competitive prices

We have used SAB supply for tele-handler hire, tower scaffolding etc and have been very happy with the service we have received. They have always been helpful, prompt and friendly to deal with. Great local company!

Our point of contact, Mark, is always available to provide support whenever we need it, and his customer service is outstanding. Great company ran by great staff! Been using SAB for roughly 7-8 years & have never had a bad experience.
Even when I have what seemed an impossible request (last minute & in the middle of no-where), they have always managed to pull off what I need.
All staff members I have dealt with are friendly, knowledgeable, professional & reliable.

Price wise I have found they are usually able to beat any other quotes but even if they are slightly higher, I've always gone with SAB as it's such a smooth & easy experience. Being a broker, they do most of the hard work for me & you can't ask for much more than that!

Extremely disappointed..Ordered a tower, i emailed in morning and got confirmation for delivery on date requested.On afternoon of delivery got a phone call from speedy hire stating they couldn’t deliver untill afternoon following day… zero contact by SAB supply.. caused all sorts of problems… stay away

Really poor communication from this company. I hired a scaffold tower (order SABW34009) and emailed on the day of delivery, asking for an ETA - no response. Called a couple of hours later - I was told they were waiting to hear from the company delivering the tower and would get back to me - no response. Called again (1PM) asking for a chase-up. Was informed that they would call to find out and then get back to me - they didn't. Tower finally arrived at 3PM.
Collection was due after seven days. I called the actual company who had supplied the tower, and they claimed that although they had received an "off-hire" notification there had been no request from SAB that the tower was to be collected on that day. They couldn't collect until the following day. I then contacted SAB Supply and spoke to Olivia, who said she would contact the delivery company and get back to me - she didn't. This was rather surprising, as I expressed my clear frustration with SAB Supply.
Going forward? Don't use SAB Supply, but deal directly with local hire companies. From looking at other reviews, it appears true that SAB Supply lack the most rudimentary understanding of customer service.

Communication is at the heart of my complaint. No response from you to my email and three times you stated you would reply to my calls - you didn’t. So what is the service I am paying for?
I will continue to call out poor service, as well as good. Only this week I gave two 5 star reviews for purchases on Etsy, so I am not a serial complainer.

Delivered on time, scaffolding good condition and clean, the collection was a few days late, but got the job done on time.
