Difficulties with PEA opening, no support
I opened a PEA, yet when the account became effective it was a SRD account (Compte SDR). I tried to close it I could not.
I tried to open (again) a PEA, yet when it appeared, the PEA/PME was also opened without my asking for it. I tried to close the PEA/PME account, I could not.
I called Saxo several times, was told I was the second in queue. After 30' Saxo cut the line. I tried again several times, and the line was cut after a few minutes each time.
How could one get any service with this bank? Hey Saxo why don't you give any support to new client? or any clients?

I am supposed to be a VIP client
I am supposed to be a VIP client. My emails do not get answered and I never hear from my relationship manager. I think this VIP designation is a farce. I use other brokers and they always respond.
