Manageable exercises at 69 yrs old

I found the exercises for the first week manageable and easy but the duration of 35 reps was a bit too much on my first day. However it did get easier one day at a time

This chair exercises came out of the blue just when I had hit rock bottom. Every chair or standing set of exercises always draws you in & then gives you a sky high bill. I would like to say a huge thank you to Chair Yoga for giving me the opportunity to get toned & fit. Many thanks 💐

One week trial disaster.

Agreed to weeks trial. After further inspection of content & reviews decided to cancel within first week trial period.
Soonbody took full annual subscription £46 so contacted them complaining.
They then took second subscription of another £46.
This is a scam! Stay well clear. You have been warned.
