First, it was advertised as free plan sent to email, it wasn't free. I subscribed and never got the plan. I sent them a message about it and never received a response

I cancelled my subscription with Digestiplan because it was outside my budget. A couple days later I received a very kind email offering me an affordable plan! I was so excited because it’s a great app with a huge variety of excercise plans; not just chair tai chi! They've also got great recipes and a way to plan meals for the week. The site also has a daily check-in feature to help stay accountable. I really appreciate a business that is willing to work with me and I highly recommend digestiplan.com to anyone who wants to improve their health!
