Rogue Landlord Steals Sinking Funds

Soho Housing pose as an affordable housing association but operate as a rogue landlord with no accountability. Sinking funds are stolen, staff award themselves large bonuses, convert disabled homes to market rent, fund the CEO's vanity art projects including opening an art gallery in what was formerly an affordable home. Residents who raise urgent health and safety issues are harassed and bullied; despite evidence including Environmental Health hazard notices, mould, and fire safety issues. This level of maladministration is likely to lead to loss of life and serious injury; if indeed it hasn't already.

Thanks a lot Soho Housing

11/02/2025. The "charitable" housing association has completely ignored this review.
Although it is a year since I was evicted by Soho Housing Association, a supposedly charitable housing association, I have not recovered from my bad experience with them and probably never will. After winning a disrepair case against them several years ago, they have sought to blame me for all problems that occurred in my flat. Unable to throw me out because of this and on the advice of their solicitors, Devonshires, they had me sectioned under the Mental Health Act and in this way they were able to evict me, in spite of the fact that I held a secure tenancy. So, thanks to Soho Housing Association, I am now, not only homeless but endure the stigma of a fake mental health diagnosis.
