I bought 3 Snus shoes
I bought 3 Snus shoes, one Greatest and two Velo. The shipping was fast, but there was a problem: when they arrived, the shoes were damp, but all the other shoes I had bought were dry, not damp. Then When was the time to try it It had no flavor and, even worse, the nicotine didn't work. I don't recommend it.

Big shoutout to costumer service, they offered great help and responded very quickly 🌟 Unfortunately I had some trouble with the delivery company (UPS) and therefore didn’t receive my order until much later, but costumer service handled that for me and I received it yesterday :)

Great Service, Great prices
I experienced trouble with the shipping which was Not Snushus' fault at all more like the incompetence of the shipping company (DPD) who sent my package Back to Snushus.
When I contacted the customer support i was delighted to hear that they are now sending it again via UPS. The Support was quick to respond and not complicated at all.
On top they were very understanding and just everything you could wish a customer service to be.
Overall a great experience and i would definetly recommend them as a company to anyone who enjoys Snus.
Thank you all for your Help you really Made my day!
