Deception of Customers
They provide very poor service. They promised a discount twice for the defective item that was delivered to me. They didn’t give me the discount. They didn’t accept the return, even though they promised to include the defective item in my next order. I sent them photos so they could see it. They cheated me. This is the third time they’ve pulled this scam—I place an order, there’s a code for a 12% discount, but they don’t apply the discount. They don’t respond to messages about the problem. Terrible service. Your rating is zero.

Very bad customer service. I have spent way more than 1000 euro’s with them all on the same pouch, and i get a bad batch (very bad chemical taste) I make a complaint and have to wait over an entire week just for them to say there’s nothing wrong and they basically dont believe me.

been using this website for years now and they recently changed the customer support to be purely ai agents, this has caused me to be in a limbo over a singular can of snus being out of stock out of my order or around 25.
