I just want a refund or an update on my order but there is no way to reach them.

Package never arrived
Package never arrived. Customer service was unresponsive as well as the customer service of the freight company they gave the package to (SEK Shipping). I would completely avoid doing any business with either company.

Order was cancelled. No costumer service
I placed an order, and after 8 days I still had heard nothing. I wrote them an email, and 2 days after they cancelled my order with no explanation. I have tried to write to them again, but still no answer.
I have bought from them before where everything worked perfectly.

Was missing a roll in my order
Was missing a roll in my order. Wrote to the support and got an answer the next day if i could send a picture of what i recived, which i cant cause i already opened one and the other was for my friend. Asked if i could send a picture of the containter it was shipped in and got the same answer 5 days later ("could you send a picture of what you recived")
Please dont buy from here..

I'm sorry for the issues that you've experienced when shopping at SnusGiganten. I want to point out that these delays in shipping, are out of our hands. We are only responsible for selling the product, and the shipping is bought from SEK Shipping, who is a third-party provider, that has nothing to do with us.
Your order has indeed been shipped, and it left our warehouse a week ago. It is currently in SEK Shippings custody, who is the delivery company that you choose to deliver your order. Orders that haven't been delivered within the promised 7 business days, will be refunded.
We are currently getting a high volume of emails, which is why you might have to wait longer than usual for a reply.

Talked to the snuff giant and got our money back (10 working days), they asked us to talk to sek who is the shipping company for the snuff giant - BUT SPOKE TO THE SAME PERSON?! Sek is the snus giant's shipping company, which is hella illegal. We asked for her name, and she spent 3 seconds coming up with the name "mathilda", they spoke fluent Danish, and it was the same person we spoke to at the sek freight company that we spoke to at the snuff giant. The person in the shipping company said "uhh it's delivery you want a refund" which is the only thing a shipping company can deliver. Oops. Don't know where to report them

Ordered Tuesday morning, still haven’t heard anything, flying out to USA tomorrow morning Thursday without suns. Thanks for nothing, probably the worst service and experience ever, will never order from them again, and will not recommend anyone to do so either!
