lol I spent 5k with you guys and got some dried out bullshit, then got cursed out by an agent of yours bragging about how he don’t care and everyday is a come up. Now you guys send me $50 store credit lol. Keep that shit. You guys will never get my business or my friends business again until someone fix that 5k wrong that was done to me.

I ordered from smoke kind a couple of times. Yes it might be cheap but u get what u paid for. Several packages with more seeds then bags in the 90's. I also got some packages with dry buds that break with a gentle touch. And final time I ordered sour diesel and got some raspberry kush. Customer service is horrible. They ask u to review the bud, take pics and write a review. But they won't post the review if it's not to their liking

I’ve order from here a lot and never complain even when I wasn’t happy. But this time I did I got a batch full of seeds and steams huge ones and it came 5g short. I Email them and they responded once then left me ghost till I had to call them and even then they didn’t even know where my order number was. So I had to wait even more to the point I was afraid that the 14 day window would close. Once they reached back I was told I could get a 50% off or reship because I sent them a lot a video and pictures. I told the the person on my email I’ll like the reship and we both left on a good note till later that day I got a call saying that sorry of the inconvenience but I was only receiving a 15% discount on my next purchase. I explained to them what the other person had just told me that day and they told me that they’re sorry, but that’s what they were told so I emailed back and the guy on the email reassured me that I was going to get my reshipment back. He Reassured me that is was getting reshipped at the end of the day they stop emailing and told me they couldn’t help me even tho I showed them everything I won’t ever shop here again if I was you I would got to a better place than this.

This site was doing ok but I think they know the deadline is coming so they have got really bad, they have lost orders , left parts of orders out and customer service went from pretty good to very poor, because of the Nov deadline I would avoid smokekind , it seems like they just want to make as much as they can before the end comes.

Ordered 1 oz of blueberry muffins on august 20 2026. Package came fast. smelled weird not like blueberries. looked ok but super dry. smoked a small amount to test it tasted bad and i felt no effects even packed a cone to see if it would affect me never did. It was bunk. Asked for refund gave me the runaround and then stopped responding all together. 88 dollars down the drain. Stay away from this company.

I ordered from them and was sent 2 ounces in a padded envelope and necer recieved it. Then rheir customer service was shitty at best and stop responding to me to make it right what a joke

Half of these people are probably salty thinking this is some actual THC. I have ordered multiple times for multiple different strains and no issues at all, I've had blueberry Syrup, Raspberry Kush, GMO and right now the pack I got is Gelato Mintz. I am not complaining at all because I know what I'm buying. People expect THC A to be just like normal THC. It has some same factors but the potency is different. Maybe people should do some research on how the differences are before they go bashing. This company has been excellent too me and I had questions to customer service today and they answered me in a good timely manner reassuring me about the next package I ordered as well. I have ordered 5 times in the past 2 months and I do not have a complaint one bit

When I first started using SmokeKind I would get my product in 3-4 days. My last order took 6 days! I contacted Ernie at SmokeKind and he apologize for taking so long and offered me a discount. The next time I placed an order he told me to contact him directly. I contacted him and he never responded so I placed my order anyway still no response. I think I will take my business elsewhere.

If the service I received is a constant, then I highly recommend them to anyone, great customer service, I had a few questions and received a reply back from their customer service team within 15 mins, the product I ordered was spot on, not one complaint.!

Weak weed all around. Got blueberry muffin. Taste like poo. Buds although looked good but hard and dry. Blueberry smell very weak. High was almost non existent. Do not waste your money on this garbage.

THEIR PHONE NUMBER IS INOPERABLE AND YOU WILL DEAL WITH NO HUMANS, ONLY USELESS AI BOTS. SPENT TWO WEEKS TRYING TO RECTIFY A $160 ORDER I NEVER RECIEVED. NO REFUND, NO REPLACEMENT PRODUCT, JUST 100% RUNAROUND. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS AND SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS.

I have to say at first impressions I wanted to give this product 5 stars. It looks good and smells great. It appears to be vape quality "static hash" but it tasted like literal garbage. not like any product I have ever smoked. The product had fair pricing and prompt delivery but it has a bad tastes gives me a headache, I question what it actually is. Seems like BHO type solvent extract passed as solventless static hash.

Printed label and never shipped now they won’t respond. I’m going to contact the BBB and see if my bank can get me a refund. They will take your $ and never ship!

I ordered the Ice Cream Cake and wasn't expecting much because my usual price for 1/2 oz is $180 locally. It's not as strong, but I still get a decent high. I feel it's well worth the price. Order also came fast.

Completely biffed it and didn't realize my address auto filled to some other address... I caught my mistake after check out and emailed them and asked if they could do anything and they got everything refunded and cancelled that order so I could fix it and reorder. Completely my mistake but customer service was phenomenal and responded so quick. Shout out to Eslie and anyone else who helped me.

Initially I thought well it's a bit dry and crunchy but I'll roll one. Upon smoking a half my sinuses started making me sneeze and within a couple of hours I was coughing like crazy. Pretty sure I had an allergic reaction. I'm going to have it tested for mold. Don't need quick shipping if it makes you sick.

I have only purchased flower from the site and only vapes said flower so I can't say much about smoked effects/taste. Out of the 4 oz I've ordered all get me high as a daily user. Some of the strains aren't great flavor wise but nothing that is disgusting/unusable so far. A couple were pretty good though, usually 15 or 20 dollars more an oz for those but probably worth the upcharge. Pricing is great oz range from 45-70 or so and you can get 30% off that. Shipping has been reliable, about 3-5 days after order.
