Best customer support team around!
Recently had an issue where my order was basically "lost" by USPS and the BMW team reached out to me first, and offered a replacement for my order.
Aside from the quality product and speedy service, BMW has the best customer support team I've had the pleasure of dealing with, and everybody on this team I've talked to is absolutely stellar. If I'm ever in town, I'm definitely buying everyone drinks lol
Be sure to try their gummies, those are banger! the bubble hash is also excellent quality, definitely worth getting.
