On top of that, I personally benefit immensely from the wide array of detailed reports that the platform offers. I use Smoobu as a PMS and Smartness Smartpricing to rent out multiple holiday homes. The features are excellent. I have been able to exceed my previous results with it and am convinced that this will continue to be the case in the future. The algorithms intervene appropriately and correct prices quickly without you having to constantly worry about it. This is done on the basis of historical data, the current market situation, competitor prices and actual occupancy in the property – I am impressed. In my opinion, the onboarding process was straightforward and tailored to my needs. The support provided by the competent revenue managers is also impressive; you always learn something new! Smartness Smartpricing is not standing still either, but is constantly adding new features, and at a very fair price!

Cannot recommend

We changed PMS system so Smartpricing hasn't been suitable for our new PMS system. We terminated the contract but they continued invoicing from my credit cart. They didn't answer for any of my messages and still continuing credit my card so I needed to make fraud report to my bank. You cannot remove your credit card from the system so only way is to make fraud report if want to discontinue subscription. Not a good way to work so I cannot recommend their company.

Updated 18.11.2025: Still trying to charge from my card. I can proof everything.

So far, I can only report positive experiences from our company's use of Smartpricing.
The programme offers an extremely attractive and clearly designed user interface, and all functions are explained in detail with pop-ups (and, of course, during onboarding, etc.).
The programme provides significant support for pricing and adds a level of automation that would otherwise be impossible to achieve with human resources and which seems simply unavoidable nowadays, as the competition is certainly also using similar software.

It takes a lot of work off our hands and at the same time tries to maximise profits wherever possible – after a year, it is somewhat difficult to estimate exactly how much profit has been maximised, but we have repeatedly noticed on individual days or when demand suddenly increases on dates that seem ‘insignificant’ to us that we could certainly have sold much less or at a lower price with our previous pricing.

Simply system to use, highly dynamic, very effective. A very nice team always ready to help and the platform is every time update with the latest techs available. A 100% complete system! Try it and you will see you cannot go back again!

Hi all, the entire process was very professional and structured as onboarding should be. The onboarding process was very quick as well. highly professional Tutorial either live or recorded so you can get into the topic at any time. Smart Pricing/Smarness is very intuitive thus make the process easy as well. Also a 'My wish' button is integrated to you may influence the platform together with the team. Very nice and very well trained staff for integration. Really I can not imagine to make the process any more professional or shorter. Thanks to the entire Team especially to Natalia who was so nice and helpful and of course patient with me 😏 🙏🙏🙏
