I had a video call with Javier Gallego Lahoz on July 30th. I told him in the conversation that I could try using their service and sent him my name, surname and IBAN. He immediately activated a standing order for me that debits crazy amounts from my IBAN. And it hasn't stopped for almost 2 months. I've been receiving bills continuously. I've never used the service.

It seams to work now. Laetitia helped me for the setup and she was very helpful unlike her college some sales guy who just promised a lot which he did not respect.

The suite has great potential. However, it might be better to focus on making existing features work better rather than adding new services.

Warning: they pay for positive reviews. SmartPMS is terrible, full of bugs (that systematically keep recurring), and support is awful. Avoid it.

I have been using SmartPMS for two years, and I can confidently say it is the best channel manager I have ever used.

In addition to managing bookings across multiple platforms, it allows you to send automated messages to guests. It is integrated with both the ISTAT website and the Alloggiati Web portal, enabling guests to complete the check-in process independently. It also includes an integrated invoicing system, the ability to add guest notes and special requests, and cleaning schedule management.

What stands out the most for me, however, is the outstanding customer support. Their team is incredibly responsive, always quick to reply, and consistently able to solve any issue.

First time I've ever written a review for something but this platform is just terrible. Don't bother spending your time with this and use a better alternative. Rudimentary, manual and buggy - it's not what you'd want from your pricing software. Perhaps it's fine if you have 1 listing but definitely not at scale. Once we learned that it's a bad software, we cancelled our subscription but were still getting charged for it and after a few months they told us that we're not eligible for a refund. Just a scam, STAY AWAY!

Terrible customer experience ad onboarding of 3 villas took more than 3 months. The company is a pure mess and there are better established companies with working customer service and better UX. What a total waste of time and energy for all involved. The smalest things took a week to reply.
