I bought this product to hide scratches on our vehicle. We had several different types, from deep scratches to faint hairline ones. I was not expecting miracles on the deep scratches, but I thought for sure it would hide the hairline ones. I used the product to specifications--washed the car, sprayed the product evenly, sponged it back and forth, and up and down, then buffed clean with a microfiber towel. I did 2 coats of this process. There was absolutely no difference. I complained to the company. They claim to have a 30 day money back guarantee. At first, they were very responsive, but only offered 25% of my money back. I said I didn't understand why they were offering 25% back, when it's supposed to be a full guarantee. They then offered me 45% of my money back, as if this was a used car negotiation. I denied again and asked why they are not honoring their money back guarantee. I have not heard back since...

Placed order on May 23rd. Contacting the vendor "cannot cancel order, as it has already shipped". Today is July 15th. Really two months? This is a scam. I will contact my credit card company and report a fraud. Thieves, scammers!

These people are rouges, what i ordered for was 15pounds but was charged over 100 for what I never agreed to. Immediately I emailed them to cancel the order, I received response that someone will handle the request. 1 week later I received a mail saying order has been shipped and I should try them out. You over charged me, I dont know why their company still has a website or recognized company running. They are stealing people's money. Its unfortunate paypal cant help me.

Do not waste your money. Tried it on the smallest scratch after adhering to the instructions. Absolutely nothing changed.I could have done better with T cut.Conned into over ordering and couldn’t cancel because it was “already shipped “. This company is a fraud. When I was looking at their products I decided to buy one thing, but they sent me a huge bill for many many things that I did not ask for! Cost me almost $200. They don't have a cart for checkup they just send you whatever they want to send you.

I'm at 15 business days since ordering. No delivery. No update. No response except computer generated bullcrap. They took my money though. Peeps, stay away or if you want to waste money,make a bet on something.

Bad deal!! Beware !! Overcharging, no refunds. Never again !! They tripled my order - even though I should them 2 amounts taken from my account !! They're so arrogant that they think no one investigates their company before ordering!

I don't want to give these crooks even 1 star I ordered one bottle and they are sending me 5 after reading the posts I can't understand why they are allowed to sell any thing they are not even giving me a delivery date after 5 days DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND FRAUDULENT OPERATORS

Excellent service - great communication and speedy response. Would not hesitate to recommend.

I placed the initial order for 2 small bottles at $19 + S&H.

When I finalized the purchase I was charged more than double; $56 including double the shipping charge.

I immediately cancelled the order within 2 minutes. Contrary to their cancellation policies of being able to cancel within 24 hours, these crooks and liars replied "the order was already packaged and set up for shipping, and there was nothing they cloud do about it."

Do not buy anything from this deceitful company.

Also, don't depend on Discover to do anything about it either; I sent the entire email chain, a copy of Nurafix's policies, and the original bait and switch scam on the Nurafix website. Somehow my 30 plus years with Discover means nothing to what some shady company in Lithuania provides as "proof".

Has anyone actually used it ?
The review ae all about buying it, add ons and scams.
I want to know : does it work ?
Can it possibly work as well as the rubbish we're reading about it ?

The product can sell itself, The "Wait a minute" deals are an irritation that I would prefer to do without. Buying 4-5 times the quantity of a product I've never used is a waste of my time and patience. Note that I did buy a single extra item for my own use. To think that I'd need 3-4 sprayers is an affront to me.
