Response to Owner: funny reply given the market in question haven't changed any regulations recently, but ok.
Used to be a good shop for nicotine pouches BUT every now and again would receive expired products with the order which was annoying. That being said, customer support would usually resolve the issue quite quickly, albeit the same scenario would repeat so there's a question about their quality control.
Another thing that really bugs me is that they've randomly decided to no longer ship to several countries without any notice to their longstanding customers. They still advertise as if delivering to all the countries as before but that's misleading!! So will go with their competitors that at least keep their clients informed and do not mislead them.

I only gave 3 stars because of the delivery agent they use in Spain. I got delayed deliveries for up to a week because the courier lied and said that they arranged a new delivery date with me, even though nobody called me.

If you could stock a wider variety of 6 mg snus, that would be perfect. I’ve also noticed that the nicotine content isn’t always accurate, since the product description sometimes doesn’t match the nicotine amount shown in the photo and its caption.
