I bought two expensive creams from…
I bought two expensive creams from here. One of them was expired. At first, they told me the refund had already been processed and didn’t mention that I needed to return the product. After a day, they changed their mind and asked me to return the expired product, which had already been thrown away. The communication with the customer was terrible.

Good morning.
Your order was on 22.02 and you wrote us on 12 th march.
Cream didn't expired but it will expire in May, as you write in your email, but it seems defective on your opinion.
We replied same day (12th march) that we would refund it, and on the 13th we asked you we need to collect the product, on supplier request.
After 8 days (21st march), you reply and agreed to collect item confirming address, but then you sent another email saying that, in the meantime, cream has been thrown away.
Our policy is placing refund once received item to proceed with our internal quality control and sending to supplier to check it, too.
We acted honestly and professionally, even taking responsibility for the product recall at our own expense.
We regret your lack of cooperation.

I haven’t received my package!
I bought an item from Neos1911 on 31.10.2025 and I still haven’t received my package. I hope that it will arrive at some point and that I don’t get scammed.
It’s an unbelievably slow process.
Edit: I want to add that package came through after nearly two weeks. However, I have the impression that the bottle of parfume is fake and I reached out to the company about the isssue. Hopefully they will resolve it.
Edit: Neos1911 and George Zaharoff were very helpful in resolving the case and everything is fine now.
