I ordered a cig and it doesn’t work. Contacted the customer service and they’re rude and obstructionists. Very orribile service. Let me be more clear:1. I speak only English, and you continue writing back to me in Danish, forcing me to use a translator that doesn’t work properly. And you keep replying which suggests you’re understanding what i’m saying, so i cannot explain this stubbornness. 2. I explained you in my mails that the instructions you were providing to me were referred to the previous model of e-cigarette(eGO Aio All in one box), the model i bought is different: it has a switch (H-L-OFF) that turns it on, and if you press 5 times the button, it doesn’t work! Why don’t you understand? You should know this, cause YOU sold it to me! But most important when I receive a new item, i should turn it on and use it, NOT FIX IT! I tried every kind of coil you suggested, why don’t you at least try to be helpful? Anyway i will come to the store as soon as possible, so you’ll realize i’m not a stupid.

The service and delivery time from NemSug was amazing and should have got a 5-star rating but the item I got had a small damage but not enough for me to feel like returning it. I'm pretty sure the damage came from the manufacturer and not NemSug but this is why I give 4 stars.
