Product is good and easy to assemble. However, the pleated blind does not stop where I adjust it but always slides all the way down. That must not be at the price!!

We installed 9 shades of NewShades in our home. Different colours but all in Premium configuration. They look good, fulfill their purpose and work perfectly. If I would recommend to purchase them (again): definitely yes.

A defective product was delivered. Despite repeated inquiries, Newshades rejected the complaint without providing any explanation.

I did a first order for two pleated blinds sets and they were easy to install and worked well, so I followed up with a larger order of blackout shades and mosquito nets, horrible mistake. 1) The blackout blinds have massive gaps on both sides letting in a lot of light, even though I measured them to the exact mm. 2) One of the blinds doesn't stay up straight on one side and droops down (seems too loose). 3) The mosquito nets are NOT easy to install, all of 3 out of 4 of mine have a plastic clip sticking out that stops the metal from sliding over it, you have to force it and it definitely looks like a manufacturing fault. 4) The window mosquito nets have a plastic clip at the bottom that makes the net taller than the window (the metal part would fit perfect) - most certainly a manufacturing error. I haven't been able to install two of the nets because of this. I've contacted customer support for installation help and they took very long and then have just stopped responding. DO NOT BOTHER - BETTER OFF PAYING A LITTLE MORE AND NOT HAVE THIS HASSLE!

The product itself is okay, in good condition, and quick to set up. Now for the negative aspects, which are far worse: Customer service is an absolute disaster—you have to wait several days for a response, and when you have questions or complaints, they don’t really take you seriously. Furthermore, I expect a .ch website to include all costs—we had to pay an additional approx. 50 CHF in taxes and customs fees on top of the price, in addition to the already high shipping costs. This makes the product 25% more expensive than it actually is, and in hindsight, it’s not really customer-friendly or professional. It’s a shame, because the product idea itself is actually very good.

I was pleasantly surprised by how good these blinds look in person, they exceeded my expectations. Installation was super easy, and I appreciated that all the parts are bundled with each blind, so everything stays organized and nothing gets lost or mixed up.

I had a question during the process and got a response within 48 hours, which was reassuring.

One thing to flag for other Swiss buyers: VAT is added on top of the final total, and it's easy to miss this at checkout since the note isn't very visible. It caught me off guard, not because of the company's fault exactly, just something I overlooked. Worth double-checking the total before you complete your order.

Overall, happy with the product and would order again.

I ordered on their Swiss .ch page and assumed a Swiss trader (.ch and Swiss phone number) who sells goods manufactured in Germany. I assumed that I see the full price. Had to pay 42 CHF extra for VAT and customs.
When I order from a Swiss page, I assume to see the final price. However VAT and customs only written in small letters below price in the end. really disappointing.

After weeks of waiting, they delivered the wrong color (I ordered gray, they delivered red). I've been trying to contact the customer service for a week now. Chat takes a day to answer and they are not responsible for order issues, hotline hours on the website do not match reality and you can't reach them, no answer to my e-mail.

Spent 428€ for a premium product and it was just a waste of my time. Would not recommend.

Edit: got a replacement, but it took a long time and a PayPal case for them to react. Product quality is 4/5. Service -1/5. Still would not recommend.

I was a bit skeptical so I ordered a Plissee for a small window with the system that stick to the glas and what a positive surprise ! The all customer experience is very well design from the ordering to the installation. I received regular update while my order was prepared and received it as estimated. The product feels like highquality, the mesure were perfectly matching my order and the installation instruction are very clear (there is even a video) to make sure you are not doing any mistake ! I can only recomend the Product ! I will surely order for other windows.

I spent over 800 euros on blinds and really regret it. In my opinion the quality of the product is awful and definitely not worth the money. The blinds we received don't even stay up on the window!! I would strongly advise you not to make a purchase here. I found the customer service to also be absolutely appalling. Once we made the purchase the "care" suddenly stopped.

Great product, works super and material is great! The assembly-video could, however, have been a bit more detailed regarding the length of the cords and whether you should/can adjust them.

Good products but poor customer service. Waiting times are long and not consistent. We bought a plissé to test the product, then two more later when we knew what to expect. Meanwhile, they launched a sale. When asked about the lower cost, they create poorly-worded excuses about why they cannot honor the lower price. I suppose everything the company makes is custom-ordered and the return policy has a full page about how to request a return, followed by one single line explaining that custom orders do not qualify. Simply a poor way of doing business in the 21st century.
