It’s a scam

What was initially promised as a few days of work has now stretched to 4 weeks, causing significant inconvenience. Since paying a 50% deposit, communication has completely stopped — none of our phone calls have been answered, messages and emails are ignored, and no explanations have been provided for the delays.

They have also failed to show up on multiple agreed dates. At this point, after several days of no contact, it appears they do not intend to return to complete the work. As a result, we are now left with no choice but to take legal action.

I do not recommend this company.

Our toilet couldn't flush anymore

Our toilet couldn't flush anymore, we called the 24hr service and they send a plumber within 2 hours. Also nice that i could pay with card on the spot.
