We are a small charity, with a small premises but despite us not being a large customer, the service we have received from Nordwell in servicing and testing our fire alarm and emergency lighting, and making repairs or replacements as necessary, has been fantastic. I have been impressed by both the competence and friendliness of their engineers and the support with booking, invoicing and so on. I highly recommend using them.

They were quick to respond to requests for help and they were very helpful in assessing our needs for a new building.

I have recently had three site visits. The engineers have always been exactly on time, been very efficient whilst on site and very knowledgeable about the work that needs to be done. I have also found the office staff very efficient knowledgeable and easy to communicate with.
