Beware of fraud
Disappointing, they forced buyers to refund the products to Canada and buyers must be responsible for the delivery cost to returning back. They don't have the storage in EU as what they advertised on the website. Can't fully refund the whole amount.

The ordered Product was badly Made and when Incomplained they kept offering that inkeep IT and Order something New.

I am sharing my experience because I don’t want someone else to go through the same headache.
I ordered a dress from Nord Taschen on 28 August and paid extra for premium shipping because I needed it for my birthday. The promised delivery date was 2–3 September. The dress did not arrive until 11 September.
When it arrived, the problem was much bigger than simply being late. The dress I received was completely different from the dress advertised on their website. I have screenshots of the advertised dress and photos of the dress I actually received, and I have sent this evidence to the company multiple times.
I then spent days going back and forth with customer service just to get a return address.
I have now been told to return the dress from Germany to an address in Canada and to pay the return shipping myself. The parcel I received was actually shipped from China and travelled through the Netherlands before arriving in Germany.
I also paid extra for premium shipping, which I did not receive as promised, and the company is refusing to reimburse that additional shipping cost.
At this point, I am asking for a full refund of the €75 I paid and a prepaid return label because I received an item that does not match what I ordered.
I am posting this so other people can make an informed decision before ordering.
I have kept the order confirmation, screenshots of the advertised product, photos of the item I received, tracking information, shipping information, and my correspondence with the company.
I would strongly recommend that anyone considering ordering from Nord Taschen carefully check the return conditions and where they may be required to send a return before placing an order.
I will update this post if and when the company resolves the matter.
