Overall, a very good experience! The controller arrived in perfect condition and works perfectly. The only downside was the rather long delivery time. Other than that, everything was great! I would definitely recommend!

Quality build and good communication

You were the only result I had when looking for this part. Ordering it was quick and simple. I wasn’t thrilled about the total cost with shipping at first, but I did not realize that it was coming from another country. That being said, the parts were exactly what I needed. I got my controller back up and running and played with it the rest of the evening last night. I will do business again if I need more parts. Thank you.

I received my PS5 Marius Board Custom Controller From Nova, after a few mouths I can say this controller was incredibly build and the feel and responsiveness is incredible! I am being honest if u are looking for a top tier controller please 🙏 hit up the Goat Nova I can promise u won’t be disappointed! Plus he kept me updated all the way through the build process.

I tried swapping the sticks on my PS4 Marius but couldn’t put it back together properly so sent it off to Nova and he sorted it within 2 days and added clicky face buttons, great service and is very quick to reply with any queries, highly recommend.

Iv used this company a few times now . There a long way from me kent to Liverpool. But I trusted them to work in my controller , well all I can say is I highly recommend them. Iv sent it off to them 3/4 times now . Just had it back from them again and always top fantastic work. Will let you know as thay go working on it. Really top quality work

Haven’t received my controller back just yet so can’t give a review on that but I can give a review on communication, Awful got told 2-3 times I’d have an ETA, messages getting read and ignored, 0 updates on the progress of my controller and received an email this morning about my controller being sent back to me, still nothing from the company. After seeing multiple reviews about great communication and updates they are either paid reviews or people the company know personally cause the communication I got was non-existent

I have been using nova controllers for a fair few years now , I believe it’s run by a guy called Lee.

Lees a friendly guy and professional , I feel sorry for him the amount of questions I always ask him as I’m a bit of a controller snob ( my bad )

But he always helps.

The controllers that nova controllers produce are honestly imo as good if not better than scuff controllers.
I’ve sent in controllers to be modded and bought his own designs and I have honestly never had a complaint when it comes to quality.

The work that was done to my PS5 controller was absolutely amazing and is now letting me plays games where there was no option to invert either or both axis'.

The cost was not expensive and the service was just 10/10.

So true story, “the algorithm” picked up on my need for a new controller and the Faceybook started showing me Nova ads for custom builds with TMR sticks - I’d looked at a few of these custom job places and Nova seemed the most wallet friendly. I thought what convenient timing, had a little ganders and placed my order. Since that moment, I haven’t seen a single Nova ad since and an unsettling sense of dread washed over me.
I dutifully waited as patiently as possible. Their website does mention potential build time of “3-5 weeks” so I bided my time with one eye firmly on the calendar. Some time around week 4, I dropped an email asking for a status report on my order. I got no reply for a week. When the reply came, it was automated and scripted and advising me words to the effect of, “we’re about to start on it!”… awesome, I thought and replied “when can I expect a knock on my door?” - I may or may not have included a laugh emoji at the end there but I digress, it’s irrelevant other than my own coping mechanism.
I’ve seen videos of people taking controllers apart, customising and reassembling online and thought, they must have everything they need right? This won’t take too long right? Right?!
Now tbf I wasn’t aware of their order backlog until I was scrolling through their posts to be sure that they were in fact legit - part of me still feared the worst and the generic auto script reply hadn’t made me feel any better. All I could do is wait.
So a week after I received the “we’re starting on it” and no reply to my reply, I received another generic mail stating that work was completed and my new fancy schmancy controller would be with me soon! Fantastic! Phew!
In fact, it arrived within 24 hours of that mail and it’s awesome. It’s everything I specified. Nothing fancy. Plain white. Standard triggers and buttons. Just the only thing different from any other Dualsense being the K Silver sticks. And now, EAFC26 is a different game and I feel like a better player already…
So why am I ranting? Why 4/5 stars? Everything was done in the timeframe stated! It looks great and the price tag was reasonable. Delivery was swift. Packaging decent and secure. So why?
Communication!!! Simples. Please. Work on that. Literally had anxiety attacks over this crap. Other than that, thoroughly recommend! 😂👍

Even though my order didn't go to plan due to royal mail losing my controller, nova were very supportive and extremely quick to get my order sorted.
Service was brilliant and customer service even better.
As for my upgraded PS5 controller, the upgrade is phenomenal.

Overall really satisfied with the experience. The wait time for the controller was a little bit long but I was made aware upfront that this might be the case and was given helpful updates via email that put my mind to rest. Product is great and will look to use more.

The guys at Nova are very helpful & quick to respond to questions. Thought the controller was dead & had issues getting a repair through other companies. They sorted it out in no time at all & it feels better than new! Would highly recommend them.
