10 seconds to fix a gas repair £265 and was told i would need to pay parking fees as well as the cost of the repair. He then refused to replace a rubber seal on grill door as not part of the job..absolute disgusting service and I wasted a lot of money to be totally ripped off. Don't use this company

Booking was easy
Booking was easy, and only had to wait a few days because of the weekend. They texted me the night before to let me know if my appointment was AM or PM then phoned me 20 minutes before he was due to attend. The guy Was friendly and polite. Would definitely recommend them.

The Repair man was quick and efficient and repaired my fridge.
It would have been very helpful to be told by the office the day before approximate time for his arrival rather than being give 8am --8pm. A smaller window such as 8am -1pm or 1pm --8pm would be a big improvement helping to cover when someone is in the house to let him in
