I was shopping from Notino for 6 years. I never had problems and I always paid and got my products. Latest order I made was around 137 euros, and when I got the package there were missing items in the amount of around 20 euros. I wrote to them telling them that I’m a regular customer and that this has never happened within the 6 years I have been buying from their website. They answered that their camera had seen the items packed inside and didn’t do anything about it. Really disappointed.

What's wrong with delivery from Notino last 5 months??It said 2 to 4 days delivery max.but but after a 7 days still no signs from my package ??? They change date delivery every day,is this how you treat a regulal costumers??And last time they send me package in other post office ,now is DPD and still nothing but it's worst .This behaviour is not acceptable, if they don't stop with this i will stop buying at NOTINO.HR cos it's shamefull !!

Product I buy are olways worth of price. I get the ordered product in just a fef days. But sometimes I have problem to get in touch with administration of Notino, and I am not prepared to talk with AI.

Horrible return policy. They will not exchange a faulty product, until you send them a video as proof and package the item back, take it to send and pay for the shipping back yourself. As alternative, they offered a coupon for their webside under 50% of the value of the product. Product: La Roche Eau Thermale 300 mL spray
