It was easy to find what I was looking for & there were many payment & delivery options available.

I’ve been shopping at notino for some time and it’s been a lovely experience. Never had any issues up until now. My latest order got damaged during shipping - the package was ripped on the side and a couple of products had fallen out. I got in contact with Notino to help solve the issue and received probably the best customer service I’ve ever had. Really professional, efficient and friendly. The girl Tamara that I have been talking to has been a star, and I hope she gets a raise. Will definitely continue shopping here.

Formal complaint regarding damaged goods and unfair return conditions
I placed an order with Notino, and upon delivery the products (developer and bleach) had leaked inside the parcel. The items were clearly damaged due to insufficient packaging and improper handling during transport.
Despite this, I have been informed that I must pay for the return shipping myself, including tracked delivery directly to the door. I have also been told that if the parcel is delivered to a pickup point or post office, it will not be accepted. This places unreasonable and disproportionate costs on me as a consumer for goods that were already damaged upon arrival.

I would like to emphasize that the products arrived in a damaged condition due to inadequate packaging. Items such as hair developer and bleach require secure and appropriate packaging to prevent leakage during transport. The current situation is not acceptable, and the responsibility for proper packaging and safe delivery lies with the seller.

Worst customer service I've experienced. Both the bleach powder and the developer had leaked out of their packaging because the items were packed very poorly. Despite this, the company refuses to provide compensation.

They are asking me to pay for the return shipping and provide a tracking number before they will even consider any compensation. It is unreasonable to expect customers to pay for returning products that were damaged due to the company's own careless packaging. The leakage occurred before the products even reached me, and I should not have to bear any additional costs for their mistake.

10/10 in customer service and great products.

I bought Sheer beauty edt and I doesn’t stay and the smell is different. I wonder is it fake? I ordered Jimmy Choo , since I used it for a long time I will see is it the same smell and quality as what I had. If not… it will be a big minus for Notino !
The delivery was good, I even got it earlier than it was expected.

Convenient to find a lot of things but the shipping costs is very high. Even if you buy alot still pay 50kr delivery.

Very bad return policy. No return label, return postage fee is not refundable. They want you to send the product to the door with a tracking number. It's not worth it.

I got charged twice for one order (802SEK twice). I contacted them via email with screenshots and even different transaction # (swish), filled the contact form bith on the website and app and called the number (AI assistant only which is total rubbish cause it does not relay to a hunan agent). I didn’t get any acknowledgement of my query and out of no where, a few days later, my money was returned, and after that I got an email from customer service telling me my issue was processed. I am glad it worked out but I reckon an acknowledgement of queries should be a standard procedure. I have purchased a lot from notino and I find the process being quite competitive especially with the discount codes.

Terrible experience with Notino!

Orders arrive late and items are missing from the packages. In one order I even received a mirror frame without the actual mirror inside. In my most recent (large) order, 3 items were missing.
Customer service is basically non-existent. They don’t respond to emails, don’t solve the issue, and I still haven’t received a refund for the missing items.
What’s even worse is that they don’t offer free returns, even when the mistake is clearly theirs and they fail to send everything you paid for.
Very unreliable company. Missing items, late deliveries, no proper support, and no refunds. This was definitely my last order with Notino!

I really like Notino, but the delivery time could definitely be improved. In the Czech rep, orders usually arrive within two days after payment.

This is my go to website. I have placed several orders. Haven't been disappointed. Always well packaged and timely delivery.

Absolute scammers. Leaking products, fake products and missing products with no help at all. No wonder they give you the option to pay for priority support. The absolute worst company to sell perfumes
