I buy a lot of cosmetics and Notino is the only retailer I use. I've been using Notino's services for over 5 years and I have never had a problem with them. Their customer service is great and they offer a lot of promos. You can usually find your favorite products at a good discount. They also often offer you small gifts with your purchase. Failed to deliver to my home, then made me pick up from a post office. Unhelpful, uncaring and horrible customer service. I will use Amazon in future.

Do not trust NOTINO! The loss of stolen packages is put on the clients. This is not customer service with the right standards.

I well received my order but one article was missing.
it is a small amount article but yet I asked the website to send it. they requested pictures of the box which was already thrown away.
so they will not send it.
that's theft because I paid and they don't send the complete order. you lost a customer for 2€ item...

I ordered 3 items within a single order. The package arrived intact but 1 item was missing. I contacted the customer service and was told they had verified with the warehouse and the item was not missing! They asked me to submit more photos of the package to raise an issue with the transport company. I had only taken one photo before throwing away the package as it was not damaged (stupid, you may say). The issue was closed. Basically, the package arrives in perfect condition, an item is missing, they say the item was inside and want to raise an issue with the transport company instead. Beyond disappointed

fast and good quality, but poor customer service

Horrible experience. I ordered Avon Skin so Soft and I received some defective product that smelled like rubbing alcohol. I wrote to complain, they told me it's real, but it's not. Furthermore, I have been using this product since the 80s and this product I received was a joke. A waste of 11 euros which by the time I send back and pay for shipping, it's not worth the hassle. I won't order from them ever again.
