Menu or lack of menu fell far below the standard we would expect from this hotel
Through no fault of the staff who tried their best our stay was a disaster. The toilet in the room we were allocated was broken. We were eventually given a box room which had to be vacated by the hotel chef before we could move in!! There was no à la carte menu and the choices were abysmal and hardly edible. We were booked in for 2 nights but only stayed 1. Breakfast was lovely though and a big shout out to Nicola who was very sympathetic and tried her best to
put things right. However we were very glad to go home.

Easy to book although visible passwords would be better
Easy to book for a couple of nights . Passwords on the booking are not visible and it took a couple of attempts to get them correct .

When we arrived at the hotel there was…
When we arrived at the hotel there was no booking for us. I was advised to call my hotel.com. A very nice lady sorted out my booking for me. I had obviously gone wrong when booking on line.
The hotel staff were very helpful.
It was very good value for money.
What could have been a disaster was averted and we had a lovely stay with great food.
I recommend this hotel as staff were all lovely
