Good service!

I am very happy with Mytello because they are reliable and affordable and have competitive pricing. There are no hidden fees. I've never had a problem calling my family and others in Japan. Whenever I have questions, they always reply to me as quickly as possible. I just want to stay with this service. So far so good!

I had problems at first...but now sorted…

I had problems getting through to the UK tax office.. I contacted mytello who tried several things ..at first it didn't work, but as it stands it works great again now . Only one criticism sometimes it's a tad echo-y but it's a great value for money app and the customer service is top quality

Inexpensive and it works well

Inexpensive and it works well. Generally very good quality calls to the UK. My only issue is that phone numbers held in the favorites won't usually connect, so I have to key the number in manually each time, but that's a small price to pay for cheap calls to the UK (from the US).

The quality of sound is not the…

The quality of sound is not the greatest!!! Usually I can’t hear the other side.‘s voice Loud enough! It”s usually terribly low compared to how I find the sound on other apps which are perfectly fine.
