Overpriced, wasting customer time. Movers were fine but I would advise booking 4 hours in advance of the time you need. Then they might turn up on time.

I hired Mudanzer for a move on May 1st.
The driver arrived late for the scheduled pickup. He completed the transport alone. At the drop-off location, a mover assisted with unloading. My belongings were handled without appropriate protective materials or care.
Following the move, a 5-tier storage unit was found broken, and multiple perfume bottles were broken or missing. The total value of the losses exceeds €1,000. The damage was not communicated at delivery and was only discovered afterward.
During the move, the driver made unwanted physical contact. This incident was reported directly to the company.
After I declined further contact, the driver withdrew an earlier agreement to replace the damaged storage unit.
As of today, no reimbursement has been provided. No resolution has been reached despite multiple follow-ups, and communication has consisted of repeated transfers between departments without outcome. And now communication from the company has effectively stopped.
This was a small move that should have been straightforward and low-risk. The outcome does not reflect an acceptable standard of care or professional conduct.
I would not use this company again.

Pretty bad. I booked for 1pm, then they messaged that morning saying they needed to reschedule to 5pm. At 5pm they said they were running late and would be 6pm. Then said would be there in 15 minutes. Eventually at 7.45pm they arrived. The driver was nice and apologetic but such a shambles in general.

Terrible experience !
They sent a truck that was too small although i repeated multiple times that i had a lot of things and need some margin for extra. So i had to get rid of about a quarter of my things.
The truck apparently had a mechanical failure so they just left it with no supervision the street for three days!!!!!
I never got an excuse. I doubt i will get any financially reimbursement of the extra costs induced such as have to sleep in a hotel, buy cloths for the kids etc!

Worse possible experience. The pick up was bad enough as they were late by 2 hours and nobody answered my messages or calls. But I did not know it could become so much worse. The next day when it was supposed to be arriving I texted the driver who told me he was stuck 8 hours away because the company did not give him money for the gas and did not answer him. I called the company and they asked me who was my driver.
--- ----The only good thing about the experience was that the driver was sweet and answered me about my worries.

I will be honest, from the beginning their team demonstrated strong communication. I recently engaged them for the project in Macedonia.

It was a awesome experience, the 2 guys was like 2 superman's they did an amazing job and they where super nice and funny.

We highly recommend!

The move was smooth and punctual. The price was reasonable and the service polite and reliable.

I recommend. My moving was done same day I booked and they handled it efficiently. They also speak English and that was a plus for me. Great services!

Javi and Leo (the movers) were great! HOWEVER, the service organization behind the movers poorly organized it all. They were 60-90minutes too late to our place.
Fast communication before the service, unclear and unapologetic communication during and after the service.

Mudanzer was amazing. They stepped in quickly when our original plan of moving house fell through. How quick? Sent them a message on a Saturday night at 10:30pm to ask for help on Monday morning (!). They instantly replied, gave me a quote (very cost efficient) and I made a reservation with them. All in a matter of 15 minutes. The reservation was confirmed on Sunday via phone and text.
The movers showed up on time bright and early and worked efficiently and with care.
Couldn’t have done it without them. Another plus: very friendly and customer oriented. Absolutely recommend them and will use them again.

arrived on time, two strong, powerful guys, quickly dismantled all the furniture and moved it to a new apartment, car, time, price, everything went great, I recommend to my friends👍🏼

They were on time and very friendly, my property was handled with care and they helped to disassemble and reassemble my furnitures. I recommend them.

Date and time agreed, payed 50%. In the morning on the agreed time (10am) nobody showed and kept having excuses for running late. Ultimately at 17.30 in the afternoon, 7,5 hours later they where disappointed that I cancelled the job and requested a refund.

Now 2 months later after many emails and messages still no refund and no more replies.

!!DON'T!! just dont, a hired donkey would've done a better job. I generally try to be reasonable, as moving can be challenging( moved 5 times past 6 years both intra and international) you can expect some 'inherent' issues. this was overall the WORST company, by far....EVERYTHING was terrible. Pickup late, furniture thrown arround as truck had already quite some items, 24h transport turned in to 72h with no clear communication and unpatient operators (few exceptions) whenever enquiring, so at a certain point we were doubting if they will just keep saying 'hoy' untill we give up and stop calling. And when it finally arrived ALL the DAMAGE!!! Thorn boxes, scratched and broken furniture, stains on everything. Only thing they are super quick and good at is getting their money

No show. Here’s what happened - booked a transport for 19:00, after 25 mins of waiting (outside btw), they said they’re having some delays and would be late. We asked how long to wait, no answer. Nobody came in the end so we had to get an Uber instead. Unfortunately, we only got home after 21:00 because of this “delay”.

Terrible service, the worst I ever received in Spain.
They were 2,5 hours late without real excuse. The guy that was taking my things to the van, every time he went down, he was taking too long to get up again to take the rest, and this was actual time I was paying, and because of that I had to pay too much money for the worst service ever.
Never again.

Very good service, precise and friendly.

Do not trust this company. They are nothing but liars and will take money and not show up for their job. They will spin you lie after lie about vehicles being in a workshop and not being suitable to do the job. The reality is that the business is just not capable period.
