My rating is based upon excellent customer service for requesting a missing part. Merach was professional with emailed communication and initiating replacement action quickly. However, I fortunately located the part and no longer required the replacement part.

I received my original order but was unable to use due to the chord not fitting. I contacted customer service and asked for a new chord. After a couple conversations to make sure I got the best service I was told I they were shipping me a whole new device and it works perfectly.
I absolutely love this machine and the difference in how my whole body feels!
I have slept better, the fluid in my legs is coming down and I'm not aching in my joints anywhere near like I was.
My circulation is getting better.

I originally received a defective unit, but the customer service team was fantastic they responded quickly and sent out a replacement right away with zero hassle. I haven't had the new machine long enough to speak to its performance or durability yet, but I'm really impressed with how the company handled the issue. 5 stars for support, pending final thoughts on the machine itself!

My workout routine has gotten much better since adding this machine. I can work muscles I don't normally target and incorporate it into my Pilates exercises. Assembly was surprisingly easy, abd storage is convenient. I've been recommending it to friends ever since I got it.

Our support agent Julia was relentless in getting us a replacement for our defective unit, which I received as a gift from my brother-in-law. The original plan was to send us a replacement motor, after we identified that to be the failing component. When that replacement part went missing in transit, she followed up by shipping us a brand new T25B. She stuck with us for weeks as we worked through the issue and made sure we were happy with our replacement before closing the case. Now I'm able to enjoy a casual stroll while taking meetings at my desk.

Easy to assemble and works perfectly. Merach’s quality is way better than I expected.

I found this product through a social media ad, and it looked like it would be a great fit for my needs. I already had a weight bench, but my main problem was that it was difficult to set up and store. Since I usually only have time to work out during my breaks, I needed something that was quick and easy to use. This bench is actually bigger than the one I currently have, but it folds up easily and is much easier to store, which is exactly what I was looking for.

After placing my order, however, I found the exact same product from another store at a much cheaper price. Since it was the same product from the same company, I decided to contact customer service and request a cancellation so I could purchase it from the other store instead.

Their policy states that an order can be canceled within two days of placing it. I had placed my order within that two-day window, so I was still eligible to cancel. However, they shipped my order the very next day after I placed it, while I was still in the middle of requesting the cancellation. I was disappointed at first because I really wanted to cancel the order.

But this is where their customer service really impressed me. Instead of simply telling me that the order had already shipped and there was nothing they could do, they went above and beyond to help. They offered to refund me the price difference based on the lower price I had found at the other store.

So, instead of canceling my order, they found another way to solve my problem and make sure I was satisfied. They handled my concern as quickly as possible and genuinely made an effort to make things right.

I really appreciate their customer service and how they treated my situation. I recently started my fitness journey, and after this experience, this is definitely going to be my go-to store for fitness equipment. Great product and, most importantly, excellent customer service!

Customer services is a joke
It change my order after I hit pay and instead of going thru affirm it took it straight from my bank I contacted them to get a refund and they said I would be contacted then email me
Confirmed I wanted a refund and then sent out the order like a hour later now won’t respond to emails !! Then I got then responding to me on here talking about they tried to reach out to resolve the issue but there’s no email terrible they us ai for customer service that’s a joke

No issues during setup-it went together quickly and work without fuss.

I bought a new MERACH walking pad but the first one was very dysfunctional. I reached out to the customer service and Kiarra (first customer service agent) and Esther (2nd agent till issue got resolved) helped in solving my problem. They were very patient and helpful through out the process and I am happy to have my new walking pad which works perfectly at the moment.

My dog chewed my remote they contacted me back right away. The customer service is beyond amazing. Thank you.

I'm enjoying the bike and have made great progress up to level 10. The included remote was defective, but Merach provided quick assistance and got a replacement sorted out.
