We got some tote bags made for our business and I am so impressed with the quality and also communication from Merchery.

They make sure they know your deadline and work quickly to ensure you have everything you need.

The quality of the bags is also AMAZING and we will definitely be ordering more in the future.

There were honest, up-front pricing. I didn't question what my price would be, if there would be additional costs, etc.
I was unsure about what quality of the product I ordered would be like, because having shopped online, one knows it can be all over the place. But the quality we received was excellent. The customization looked great.
There was a mistake made on their side with shipping, but they communicated it promptly and said they'd cover the express shipping to ensure my product arrived on the date I needed.

Thank you, Merchery team. I really appreciated your support throughout the process to ensure the final result met our standards (which we know are high).

We are a small company and usually quite picky regarding merchandise. We don't do much, but when we do, we do it well. But this time I had to rush to catch the summer, so I didn't buy a sample and relied fully on the reviews and the web page visuals. I have just received the bag we ordered, and it's perfect. The material, the branding, the timing. Highly recommend these guys. Don't mention it.

Just ordered some branded cooler bags. The quality was amazing, the colour better than how we say it in the pictures and the logo print was also really good. The cooler bags arrived just in time. I would definately recommend to anyone who is thinking to create marketing branded items.

Worked with Filippo to get some tote bags made with a lot of red tape on my part. Merchery was responsive, attentive and patient - and the product came out fantastic!

I really like the products and the fact that you can order in EU, UK and US however my last two orders were delivered later than the times confirmed.

Very disappointing...

My project was followed by Chloe, which was great from beginning to end! Kind, available and super efficient. The products have high-quality fabrics and textures. Deliveries are respected.

I absolutely adore Merchery! The quality of the products is great, and I literally can’t wait whenever we place an order to see how the effect will turn out. I’ve never been disappointed. But the product is just one part of this, because their customer support is just as fabulous. They’re super friendly, very easy to approach, and very responsive (it literally feels as if they were sitting next to you!). They’re actually magicians, I think. :) They can also advise and suggest, and go above and beyond to meet your expectations and support you. I’ve been taken care of by Eléonore, and it’s been, indeed, the best customer service I have experienced!

Very disappointing experience. I placed my order based on a written confirmation that the delivery deadline would be possible if I ordered before a specific date. After weeks of coordination and despite the delivery date already being pushed around 10 days later than originally discussed, I was suddenly told they could no longer meet the deadline.

This left me with very limited time to find another supplier after already investing both time and money into the process. What makes it even more frustrating is that the order was placed 1 month in advance specifically to make sure it would arrive within the deadline. I would honestly have appreciated transparency and honesty from the beginning instead of being promised a timeline that apparently was never realistic.

Overall, the communication and reliability felt very unprofessional. So if you decide to order from them, make sure you order VERY far in advance — and unfortunately, do not rely too much on the promised delivery deadlines.

Excellent quality, excellent communication and ordering process. Everything arrived as ordered and in perfect condition. I will definitely use Merchery again.
