Spamming
I needed envelopes, very urgent, but there are no print specifications on the site. Because they are not using typical print industry standards, my file was wrong. The email to mention this landed in my spam, i gues they are not working with SPF or DKIM. I noticed one week later, asked for compensation, not possible. No mistake on their side, they said. And now they discovered sequences in email automation and are spamming me with an email from kawtar @ prod-flyer.net. A different domain, just to make sure that the flyer.be domain will never be flagged. So for the real important emails, they are not able to deliver in my inbox, but for the mass emails, they do.

Regarding the print files, we understand your comment about the standards used. We are currently working on making our specifications clearer and more accessible on our website to help avoid this type of situation in the future.
As for the notification email, it does indeed appear that it ended up in your spam folder. We've taken note of your remark concerning SPF/DKIM settings, and our technical team will review and address this to improve the deliverability of our emails.
Concerning the management of our automated emails, we sincerely apologize if any messages felt intrusive. Our aim is never to bother you, but rather to keep you informed. We will look into this immediately to minimize any unwanted messages.
We regret that you did not receive compensation and fully understand your frustration. Even though our team did not identify an error on our end in processing your file, we acknowledge that we could have provided better support in finding an appropriate solution.

Called them before ordering to make sure it was possible to receive 2500 flyers before the weekend. Did everything they told me to do, paid extra for express service and received flyers on monday after the weekend. After contacting them we got 0 empathy, 0 apologies and we didn't get any refund. Frauds.

I am very happy with their service
I am very happy with their service. I made the purchase of 250 cards on September but never received them on 2019 due to the incompetence of BPOST who kept losing my package. I have to say that flyer. Be reprinted them evry single time at no extra cost. Finally, using a different address I received my package last month and flyer be had been extremely helpful. I recommend their service.
