The H.E.A.L
The H.E.A.L. Masterclass with Dr Gabor Maté has been one of the most profound and life-changing experiences of my life. What I particularly valued was the compassionate and accessible way Gabor explains trauma. For the first time, I began to understand that trauma is not simply what happened to us, but what happened inside us as a result of those experiences.
That understanding completely changed the way I viewed myself and my past. I began to recognise beliefs I had carried about myself for most of my life without even realising they were there. I had lived with feelings of not being good enough, not mattering and believing there was something fundamentally wrong with me. I hadn't understood how deeply those beliefs had influenced my relationships, my choices and the way I lived my life.
The Masterclass gave me knowledge, but more importantly it gave me a different way of looking at myself — with curiosity and compassion rather than shame and judgement. It became the beginning of an extraordinary journey of healing and self-discovery.
The content is thoughtful, engaging and presented in a way that encourages you not simply to listen, but to reflect on your own life and experiences. I have returned to the material many times and continue to gain new insights from it.
Another thing I really value about MentorShow is the opportunity to learn from many other highly respected experts in trauma, healing and personal development. Having access to different perspectives and approaches in one place has allowed me to continue building on what I first discovered through the H.E.A.L. Masterclass and deepen my understanding even further.
My experience has ultimately changed far more than my understanding of trauma. It has changed my relationship with myself, helped me reconnect with who I truly am, and inspired the direction I now want to take in my own life and work.
I am incredibly grateful for the experience and for everything it has opened up for me.

I am so glad that I spent the money to join the master class I'm telling you that it is amazing I really have learned a lot about myself a lot about my son my family life my stressors and the things that I really need to work on it's a slow process but I am enjoying it so I thank you all for preparing this information for us to share with you I know it was a little expensive for my budget but I am not sorry I spent the money I thank you so much for the organization. I thought I bought the Gabor Mate…
I thought I bought the Gabor Mate program, then it turns out you have a yearly subscription. The publicity (Facebook)makes it look like something that is not. Then you are told you have a subscription and the next one will renew for double the price (after the purchase) and they will send you an email before renewal. The email is not sent addressing the renewal or subscription in the subject but info about your account. Easy to miss among the several other emails they send you. Once they charge you, even if you haven’t accessed any products, you can’t cancel the subscription even if you contact them right away. Be careful, they really thread on the grey are of EU consumer law. Also, they will call you from a UK number (they are registered in France, billing me in US dollars and marketing from UK). Then you are told you have access to a large library of experts, the publicity leads you to believe mostly in English, but most of the content is in French.

The instructors know trauma and teach and counsel in a very effective way. It is very unfortunate how few people, doctors, counselors, etc unserstand trauma. Mentorshow is a lifesend.

Very Disappointed, and a lot of content in French
I'd be very very careful before signing up for this. I certainly wouldn't consider using the service again.
The content isn't particularly strong in my opinion, and the refund policy isn't entirely consistent between what's presented and what's enacted.
If you need support I think you're more likely to find it elsewhere, particularly if your French isn't your native language.
This course certainly didn't help in the slightest with helping me address my trauma.

The subscription is basically a scam
The site is using unbearable AI generated translations in topics that are highly human and need careful translation and delivery. The courses are complex, so a lame translation is actually ruining the whole experience.
Lately the page came up with AI dubbing, that you can't switch off, while you also can't adjust the original video's sound. So it's extremely difficult to pay attention to deeper explanations while hearing two languages at the same time. This change also affect the offline mode, so the videos are not available anymore for usage while you're offline.
The company refuses any kind of real customer care. Besides their AI generated automatic feedback nothing happens. The subscription was a scam as the site offered access to multiple courses. But if you are not fluent in both English and French, your possibilities are very limited. Plus with the new AI dubbing if you want to watch something in French, you can't do that anymore.
The offered coaching sessions are impossible to register to. I have a subscription for 10 months now and I could attend only two online events in last September. Since then not a single event was available for registration, although the company is sending emails about this service.
UPDATE: I was never reached out after receiving the clearly AI generated copy+paste reply to my review.

My latest experience was very frustrating and disappointing as the terms and conditions are unclear if not misleading. I thought I purchased $4.99 access for 7 days but a day before the end of the 7 days I was charged the full annual subscription.
I can see these MentorShow videos resonate with many and I think it’s paramount to warn the potential subscribers. If you’re tempted to sign up, please read the TrustPilot first before leaving your credit card details. You will be charged the full amount no matter what type of access you sign up to.
