I thought I bought the Gabor Mate program, then it turns out you have a yearly subscription. The publicity (Facebook)makes it look like something that is not. Then you are told you have a subscription and the next one will renew for double the price (after the purchase) and they will send you an email before renewal. The email is not sent addressing the renewal or subscription in the subject but info about your account. Easy to miss among the several other emails they send you. Once they charge you, even if you haven’t accessed any products, you can’t cancel the subscription even if you contact them right away. Be careful, they really thread on the grey are of EU consumer law. Also, they will call you from a UK number (they are registered in France, billing me in US dollars and marketing from UK). Then you are told you have access to a large library of experts, the publicity leads you to believe mostly in English, but most of the content is in French.
