This is not a gps tracker it tracks by Bluetooth and you have to be 10ft or less away for it to connect. So pretty useless its a shame as I wanted to use to track my dog. Don't waste your money I tried to speak with Marcherelle and they basically said they didn't advertise it as a tracker which is totally lieing from their advert.

Delivery time was weeks!
Product arrived Upinpet Smart Locator Pet Collar all in Chinese!
Collar itself is poorly fabricated!
There's a Philips screwdriver to open the Collar which is all cheap and NOT cheerful!
You need a magnifying glass to read the instructions which are for the App setup and no instructions about the device!
The Smart Tag App receives a 2.8 star rating!
Testing the product while my cat was roaming in neighbouring gardens no movement was detected at all!
When my cat returned the Collar was intact however the battery and cover were missing!
In essence I've paid £34 for a product that's utterly useless and just fit for the pedal bin!
Moral of this is buy from Amazon were at least you'll be refunded for garbage while giving a unscrupulous seller a pleasant nil rating!

AVOID, waited 5 weeks on a purchase, no updates, chased up, eventually product came, was faulty, parts missing, asked for refund, went silent on me, £35 owed, get customer service message saying response in 24 to 48 hrs nothing !!! Feeling ripped off and pretty upset as money is tight and can't afford just to let it go, shame on them, quick enough to take my money fcuking disgraceful

The item took longer than I expected to get delivered about 3 weeks. When I got the item it looked like I was getting a decent product. It did not perform what it said. I bought the gps tracker. I got no updates, notifications, and or no precise location. I had to get close to the device for it to locate. Only used it a few days but now it's not trying to locate at all only when you're right up on it. This was a waste of money 🤦🏾I wished I would have checked the reviews 1st before I bought it. This is definitely not a tracker. Please don't waste your time and money. Read the reviews!!!

Delivery time advertised is 3 working days- took nearly a month to arrive. A cheap £1 cat collar which is frayed with a tracker not fit for purpose arrived. I emailed them and they said as I didn’t want it, I am liable for shipping costs to China. I complained again with photo again and they said they weee checking their cameras on the item. Didn’t hear anything until I contacted them again 3 weeks later, to be told they were investigating it- the day after recieved tracking info to say they were posting another out. I have requested a full refund throughout this- the products are substandard and not fit for purpose. Do not order !

Over 2 weeks and tracking not updated poor customer service

I purchased a Compact Car GPS Tracker with Real-Time Tracking and Mini HD Spy Camera with Night Vision and Motion Detection. Both items are defective and it has been impossible to get a hold of anyone to resolve this issue. I dont recommend anyone to buy products from this company.

I ordered two lamps which were described as wood but they were just cheap plastic rubbish. After a string of emails backwards and forwards they said I could return them, at my own cost, to China, because they said that I was lying about the listing being wood. Luckily PayPal refunded the money after I supplied screenshots of the original listing. I will never order from them again, they have a London address but are Chinese.

I ordered 2 cat GPS tracking collars. Took about 2.5 weeks to come. They advertise as a UK company but all products came direct from China. As a result all returns have to go back to China as they don't have a UK address. The GPS collar was in fact a short range Bluetooth unit. 15m range maximum. Misleading website, misleading products and misleading reviews on the website. Avoid at all costs and save yourself the disappointment and wasted money

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Customer service does not respond. I read the cancellation policy, as it states you can cancel with full refund if your porduct has not shipped. I read horrible reviews about them and decided to email customer support to cancel before shipping the product. They did not respond within or over 24 hrs after sending this email, and about 30 hours later i recieve an email stating that they shipped it and it was on the way. This company is a scam

Their supposedly London address isn't Marcherelle but Immersive Experience.
That information alone is enough to never ever trust this company!

Sent me a tracker for my cat and it never actually worked , said can send back you have 30 days to change your mind , when I tried they said no would have to pay to send back to china .
After a week of emails back and forth I decided to go through PayPal and start a case as felt it was completely unfair
I WON ! Of course got my money back and did not have to send their crap back either .
Wish I had looked at trust pilot first as they do this a lot and I would have never of purchased it , you can buy these so called trackers from Temu for about 3 pounds !!

In my view, Marcherelle is an awful company to buy from they sent the wrong items and will not take responsibility for their error. If you try to return the item they take absolutley ages to deal with the issue and in my case have told me to return the items at my cost to CHINA. BEWARE If YOU DO RETURN ITEMS TO CHINA THEY CAN HOLD IT UNTIL IMPORT DUTIES ARE PAID AND IF UNPAID RETURN IT, SO YOU STILL WOULD NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK.

Ordered a cat tracker because it said delivery within 3 working days, it is now almost 2 weeks!!! Had one email response after sending 4!!
Do not buy anything from this company!!!

Wish I'd read these reviews before ordering. As everyone has stated, these are wireless tags. NOT GPS trackers that are advertised. They do not track in real time, they do not send alerts if moved out of an area. All this is false advertising.

I wouldn't even give them one star but I was only choice I had.. I ordered what was supposed to be GPS trackers advertised for a vehicle.. it took forever and they sent me some goddamn wireless tags complete b******* I wouldn't buy anything from this company

All.the information in the website about the product was full of lie and incorrect information to.see the product.
I have been asking for a refund with shipping label. But customer service keep denying my request saying they have sent me right product and its working.

I.have never dealt with such a company before for a refund. This is.so.frustrating and disgusting.

Marcherelly, the website has every single details about the producy is full.of lie and this is how they are making money.
