Really questioning these 5 star reviews. Placed an order in the US 10 days ago with no shipping information and no response via email, and no answer on the phone.
update. despite interacting with customer service, we are approaching 4 weeks without shipment information, when their FAQ states about 14 days to ARRIVE.
from their website:
Bottlings: If your order contains bottlings, please note that we bottle these products in-house. Therefore it may take up to 14 days for your package to arrive.

Customer service was also quick to respond and very helpful when I had a question. Overall, the whole process was smooth and professional.
