Beware--items never shipped, customer services gives runaround
Ordered perfume from their website, which promises that most deliveries arrive within 6 business days. Five weeks later and my order still has not shipped. Their customer service makes excuses about delayed shipping due to sales events and holidays. It's ridiculous. Interestingly, item I purchased is still for sale, but now for about 50% more. Hmmmm....
