Friendly and helpful.

Good product but at the top of the price rangr

Sadly another bad review.

I posted about receiving a really bad experience with manual. I had tried to reach them directly but they only contacted me having left a bad review.

I had a semi useful conversation with one of their support people and he said he would put me in touch with one of the technician who is better placed to answer questions.

I provided them with a full day of availability but I did not receive any call. I have since sent 2 follow ups to no avail.

During the first call, the advisor said he’d stop my treatment until I decided what to do next (e.g, speak to the technician.

BUT, just 2 days later I received 3 months worth of a product I specifically did not want, charged for it and now I can’t get hold of anyone.

Having tried their products for best part of a year and only experienced truly regressive impacts, I cannot believe this company continues to get away with how bad they treat their customers. Considering it is not necessarily the cheapest way, it’s incredible the only way to speak to them is having to post my experience on trust pilot

Great company with a great product

It’s been 6 months: score has gone from 12.9 to just over 18 at a cost of 130 a month it’s not that impressive really.

The whole thing is about trying to sell to you. I took the Tadalifil as an extra. Was told £15 every 30 days and sent 30 days medication. Issue was it’s a 31 day month and they couldn’t guarantee I’d get the next 30 days in time without a break.

So you need to decide, the hype is simply not what you get: it’s 130 a month and yes you can see some improvement but nearly 6 months in I expected more given the adverts and it’s simply not there.

Really consider this and think do you want to spend over 1500 a year for slight improvement. If you do go for it if not really really do not bother.

The guy giving the course was great

I have been using manual for over a year now and can see massive improvement regarding my hair. People always comment and ask what iv done to sort out the baldness. Also due to them changing their name they have also sent out a little card stating why the name change.

Excellent as always

Since moving to Voy and not manual this service has been absolutely useless I’ve received blood test kit every few weeks. I’ve tried to communicate through the Voy app and it’s totally useless

Kate was brilliant. Really patient with me, as im new to everything trt and explained everything really well so it was easily understood. I left feeling more confident and with a lot more info about trt and what i should be doing to stay safe whilst learning my way through trt.

Initially had a bad experience with support at this company, but they have since completely turned it around and based on my experience I would recommend them. Thank you
