I have their luba 2 awd and it is an amazing little mower. Takes a while to mow my acreage but it is much nicer than doing it myself as I can do other things while it mows. One feature I don't like is... See more

Awful customer service - avoid
Ordered item that was showing in stock. Absolute silence for two weeks. Chased Mammotion and they told me to "kindly be patient". Waited another two weeks with no info from them despite several chasing emails. Always fobbed off. Asked to cancel order and started the laborious process of cancellation. They then delivered out of nowhere. Tried to send order back and was fobbed off for two weeks - absolute nightmare to deal with. At best, they're hopelessly inefficient. At worst, it felt dishonest at times. Like they were trying to make getting a refund so difficult that I just gave up.
Service was very quick and responsive
Service was very quick and responsive. Best experience I have had so far with customer service.

Quick delivery. Very satisfied with the product as such.
I needed to contact the customer service team because of 4G module required which is out of stock currently. The team was really supportive, friendly, close and solution-oriented communication. Great service!
Don't buy this product unless mammotion…
Don't buy this product unless mammotion sort out their adter sales issues. I had a mini 800 awd. His name was Marcus. For 15 months, no issue at all, brilliant piece of machinery. 5 weeks go for no apparent reason Marcus stopped working. I took him back to the supplier but Mammotion don't want to know. They will not communicate with him, no sign of assistants, so now a very expensive paper weight. I've had to buy another mower to cut the lawn. Mammotion you're discusting. You have ploughed all you energy into selling the product and once sold nobody available to get existing mowers with issues mower again. Terrible terrible terrible. Don't buy Mammotion.
I purchased the Mammotion Luba 2 AWD…
I purchased the Mammotion Luba 2 AWD 5000 H in early 2026, and to be completely honest, I was skeptical about whether any robotic mower could handle my yard. My property is a worst-case scenario for a robot: it features a lakefront, a winding creek, and incredibly steep hills. It is an absolutely difficult landscape to maintain manually, let alone automatically.
The Luba 2 AWD has completely blown me away. Thanks to the all-wheel drive, the steep inclines don't phase it at all—it maintains traction and cuts flawlessly without slipping or tearing up the turf. Navigating around the water features (the lake and the creek) has been seamless, and its boundary management is incredibly precise.
If you have a challenging, rugged, or heavily sloped yard and are on the fence about whether a perimeter-wire-free robot can handle it, the Luba 2 AWD 5000 is the real deal. I couldn't be happier with the results!
Great customer service!
Biggest waste of money I've ever had
Biggest waste of money I've ever had
This machine is useless
It does not get within 20cm of edges
It constantly fails to cut the whole area
It does not do half of what the promotional material says it does.
The app is baffling
Half of the features aren't even available on the model I bought even though it was new model for 2026 - like editing a lawn area??? Why on earth?? You let the thing map the area, it gets it totally wrong and you can't even edit it. So you have to manually map, where you attempt to drive the thing round the very edge of your lawn. It the stores the map and when cutting completely ignores the edges and stay miles away.
It won't do internal corners
It sees shade as an obstacle
It leaves a massive area around it's own charging station, and the charging station has to be on the lawn - madness!!
I could go on and on. I'm embarrassed I bought it.
I asked for a refund, after weeks of ignoring my emails they finally hoped I had a great day and told me I was outside the window for a refund
Do not buy.
We sent our lawn bot in for repairs…
We sent our lawn bot in for repairs after a fedex driver ran over him. We contacted mammotion through chat and told them what happened and asked if we could purchase replacement parts to fix our lawn bot. They informed us that we would have to send him in for the repairs. They emailed us a shipping label promptly, we packed him up in his original box (luckily we saved it), and shipped him off to the repair center. They notified us upon receiving him. Fixed him and had him sent back to us in 2 weeks. They did the repairs for free! We were shocked there was no charge! Their customer service is great! Highly recommend!
I purchased a Luba 3 this spring and…
I purchased a Luba 3 this spring and the setup went fairly smoothly. The one issue I ran into was that it was a requirement to have the object avoidance turned off so that my mower would cut the dandelions, as the dandelions grow so tall quickly between cuts. Otherwise it would navigate around all the dandelions, leaving these tall dandelions all over my lawn. Unfortunately turning off the object avoidance removed any ability for the mower to avoid objects, including my car, and I accidentally left the car in it's path and it got jammed underneath, damaging the power button. Subsequently the mower would randomly turn itself off. I contacted mammotion and sent a video demonstrating that the power button no longer clicks like it should and they immediately recognized it was the issue. They sent me a return label. I shipped it back for repair and they had it back to me within about a week. Overall the experience was great. Hopefully they will have the software updated so that the mower will cut dandelions next spring and I won't have to turn the object avoidance off with the potential for other not-so-good events. Otherwise I am very pleased with the mower. I am on a complicated hilltop property with very steep and difficult to cut areas, which the mower handles with ease. I particularly like the fact that the mower cuts in rows and you can adjust the pattern. You can actually have it cut in a diamond-like pattern, which looks really nice for those that care about such finer details.
Mammotion Poor & Totally Ineffective Technical Support
Mammotion clearly relies on offshore support staff that has almost zero technical knowledge, routinely repeats saying will escalate to technical support team (which doesn't happen) and blatantly ignores repeated requests to speak to a technical supervisor (who are obviously afraid or just don't care to speak to customers and/or handle escalations). Have been dealing with the same issues for over 5-weeks with the same lame, ignorant and ineffectual responses and lack of action. Totally ridiculous and beyond frustrating. Note just responding quickly doesn't translate into good customer service if your problems/ issues aren't resolved or handled properly.
Key issues encountered:
1)Last several firmware updates bug-ridden and require to remap your entire lawn. No QC and totally ignorant to the pain and frustration for constantly having to remap your zones. This continues to persist.
2) Virtual fences do NOT work...totally ignored. Unit backs up totally oblivious to where it's location and ignoring proximity to the virtual fence...risking the unit to substantial loss. The developers are clearly clueless and proof there is no adequate QC testing. Like any recall situation...either fix the problem or take it off the app until it is corrected.
3) Forget about escalating to Technical Support Supervisor (Tier-1/Tier-3). They either don't exist or totally apathetic to customer complaints/issues.
4) No case management in Customer Technical Support. Each day new customer service rep takes the same email/case/ticket, don't read the previous threads, and create a new email stating the same, lame, no-action response saying it is escalated and you'll receive a response shortly. Only to have another junior support rep pick up the same ticket and do it all over again. Rinse & Repeat for over 5+ weeks. Forget about expecting to hear from a Technical Support Supervisor or Tier support. Ridiculous!
Update - after this review a "senior" support rep reached out and said he would address my issue...only to be ghosted and then a junior-junior rep just cluelessly drops in and says "glad we were able to address your problem" - what a joke! Either totally incompetent, don't understand the basics of the English language (hence the reference to offshore earlier) or someone is looking to up their performance rating by wrongly closing the support ticket. BTW - don't believe that US support is based in CA. It is definitely offshore - hard to understand, English language deficiencies and the tell-tale sign...just repeating the same script and what you've already told them. Horrible customer service...rinse & repeat.
I perchanced a YUKA robot lawn mower…
I perchanced a YUKA robot lawn mower from mammotion in 2024 on line as they didn't have any agents in the United Kingdom at the time it has worked great from date of purchase till about a month ago when it just started to stop for no reason.
I phoned Mammotion Support they were very helpful from there on at first they said we will reboot it on line and to give them a ring in 24 hours after trying it. It still wasn't working properly they said we're going to send you a return label so to pack it up ready to send for repair next day I received it and took the robot to the post office.
Mammotion cept in tuch with me it was returned in a week all done
Like new absolutely brilliant service
When I upgrade my robot I will definitely buy a Mammotion again.
Well done.

Allen-V was superb
Allen-V was superb I have been waiting for a part for my Yuka 2000 for a few months which kept showing "out of stock" he was the 1st person to take the responsibility and look into the problem for me and found the part I was looking for and arranged for it to be sent to me.
I was starting to lose my faith in Mammotion but Allen has restored it now Thanks Allen for you hard work!!
Mammotion Luba 3 5000 plagued with problems
Promising mower, but two prolonged faults in four months and no direct technical support
I bought the Luba 3 AWD 5000 in March this year with high expectations. Under four months on, I have spent an extraordinary amount of time simply trying to get it to work reliably.
The first problem appeared early: the mower kept losing its WiFi connection. Resolving it took 32 emails and several weeks. Not long after, a second fault emerged: the machine began only partially cutting the lawn, skipping whole areas and leaving them uncut. I am now 23 emails into reporting this one, and it is still unresolved. In the meantime I have to manually drive the mower to the missed sections to finish the job, which rather defeats the point of an autonomous machine.
That is more than fifty emails to support on a mower I have owned for under four months. Between the two issues I have lost hours re-mapping lawns and repeatedly uploading diagnostic logs, and I have installed every software update released. Throughout, I have never once been put in direct contact with the technical team. I am simply told my reports have been 'passed on', after which nothing happens.
Faults happen with any technology. What concerns me is the complete absence of an effective process to resolve them. For a machine at this price, on this timeline, that is not good enough.
I would genuinely like to update this review positively, but that depends on Mammotion engaging directly and providing a proper resolution, whether a fully working replacement or another remedy. As things stand, I could not recommend it.
No Support and Terrible Service!
I spent a long time deciding on the Luba 2 AWD and there seemed to be a lot of good comments about it - should have looked here first!
So, I bought the Luba 2 AWD 1500 and while the mower seems to work OK the customer service is terrible to non existent. There were a lot of options in the app that were left out of the previous version of the mower which I would have expected having seem reviews of the Luba 2 to have been there including the most useful option of picking up where you left off - this has been removed for no reason I can see. I assume they have left out app options as they now don't work or are buggy.
Contacting Mammotion is a complete waste of time - when they do reply - which can take over a week - it is generally "thank you for buying the mower - we will forward your comments". That's as far as it goes. No information on when or if issues with the app will be addressed. The mower then started giving error messages when mapping and more importantly the battery was not fully charging indicating a battery fault.
When contacting Mammotion about this (they finally got back to me) they requested updating the firmware, uploading logs from the mower and requesting screenshots all of which I did.
I have since been pestering them on a weekly basis to get and answer to these issues.
Eventually today I get an email telling me the same as 3 weeks ago – we will send it to the support team! They also requested updating the firmware, (there is no update available) uploading logs from the mower and requesting screenshots again. So, it seems all the info the asked for weeks ago has disappeared!
To me there is no support team and any info, logs, screenshots or emails for help are ignored or lost or likely just thrown away. Mammotion have NO support for their products so don’t expect any help at all.
This is a very expensive item and I would have expected at least a basic level of support but it doesn’t exist. I have requested a return for a refund but I expect to be ignored so will have to go through my payment method to action this.
As I said the mower itself seems to work OK but for this price if you get a problem don’t expect Mammotion to care or help at all. There are better companies to deal with out there!

I’m an owner of a luba 2 AWD 3000 since 2024. This message just to summarize my experience with this product. Very helpful product, with a very good quality of service. I got an issue at the end of the warranty, the support was very kind and efficient. Congratulations for your QOS !
YUKA 2000 collector problem fixed
Had a problem with the collector on my YUKA 2000. Explained this with photos over email and received a prompt response. Within a few days a new collector arrived and my mower is now running and collecting happily again. Thanks for a good customer service.

The weirdest customer service ever (AI?)…
The worst and weirdest customer service I have ever received. So I purchased one of their lawn mowers, but the next day I changed my mind. I emailed them before it was dispatched, and they responded with a standard "Is there anything they can do to change my mind?" I said no, but they dispatched it anyway. I complained, and they then offered me a free set of replacement blades for a mower I don't have! It has now been a continual back-and-forth for weeks, me chasing, then responding like they're AI (which is what I suspect). They have the parcel, but now they need me to complete a form that includes the serial number. I keep pointing out that they have the device, and they keep saying that I need to complete the form. There's much more; it's literally been chaos every step, and it is genuinely the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. In their defence, they always respond, but it's always nonsense. I may change my mind on the lawn mower in the future, but there is zero chance I would buy from them.
