I've been bombarded by calls from this business for several months - despite my requests to delete my data, this has not happened and I get several calls per day (GDPR compliance failure?). Awful business using offshore call centres to hound people who have no interest in using their service. The irony being I've never had any finance for PCP!

Anyone can submit a complaint directly to their lender free of charge, and if they're unhappy with the outcome, they can escalate it to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS), also free of charge.
Our service is for those who would prefer assistance with the process.
This can include helping identify potential agreements, gathering information, preparing and submitting complaints, liaising with lenders, obtaining documentation where required, and supporting customers throughout what can often be a lengthy and complex process.
Whether someone chooses to claim themselves or use professional assistance is entirely their choice, and both options are available.
