This is my second order with Maternique.
Website is easy to use, product is as advertised and great quality!

The bliss bras I purchased are really comfortable. I am so happy to find bras that grow with my changing body during pregnancy to breastfeeding. I was worried I would have to constantly buy new bras monthly as my body changed and so relieved to find maternique, with their bras costing the same as a regular bra. The customer service was excellent in my first purchase order and got a lot of assistance to find the perfect size and the staff nailed it. They were very responsive and polite and helpful and even helpful after my order arrived. Highly recommend this company for quality products and excellent customer service!

Since having my baby my breasts have become massive. I started off as a DD. I got 3 size L bras from Maternique and they are wonderful. Fit like a glove, plenty of support without a wire digging into me and feel like a second skin. Best maternity bras ever.

Misleading return experience — think twice before ordering

I’m leaving this review because I think prospective customers should understand what the “30-day return” policy may actually mean in practice.

I purchased two Maternique nursing bras for $85.50. Shortly afterward, I decided I to return due to poor quality and contacted customer service to request a return and refund.

What followed was very surprising. Rather than simply providing return instructions, customer service first offered me an exchange for different products, with a $12 reshipment fee. When I reiterated that I wanted a refund, I was then offered a 60% refund if I kept the products, followed by an 80% refund, and eventually a 90% refund.

Only after repeatedly requesting a full refund was I given a return address. I was told that the return hub was in Canada and that return shipping would typically cost approximately $20–25. I was later told Maternique would contribute only $4.99 toward return shipping.

Ultimately, after several rounds of emails, I accepted their 90% refund rather than deal with the international return process. Maternique then confirmed that the $72.46 refund had been processed.

My concern is not simply that return shipping costs money. My concern is that the experience of trying to exercise what I understood to be a 30-day return policy was very different from what I expected from a straightforward return policy. Instead of receiving clear return instructions when I first asked for a refund, I was repeatedly encouraged to accept an exchange, store credit, or increasingly large partial refund.

I have saved the entire email correspondence documenting this process.

To be fair, customer service did eventually work with me and issued a partial refund. However, based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that customers read the return terms very carefully before purchasing and consider the potential cost and inconvenience of returning an item internationally.

I would not personally make another purchase from Maternique.

Products are really high quality and customer service was amazing. I accidently ordered the wrong colour and received an email to check everything was ok. I was able to update my order without bother or having to arrange a refund/swap which was really helpful- one last thing to worry about newly postpartum!

Great brand with quality products. Their bliss nursing bra is by far the most comfortable and flattering nursing bra I’ve ever owned.

The maternity bras are so comfortable and lightweight yet supportive. The companies service has been great and I can tell how much they value customer satisfaction

I have never experienced customer service that I have found so dishonest, dismissive and obstructive. I ordered three bras, none of which fit, and I was extremely disappointed by the quality. The construction appears very poor, with cut-outs without seams and straps that appear to be held in place with adhesive. The products do not appear to be of the quality I would reasonably expect based on how they were advertised or priced.

When I requested a return and refund, rather than simply providing the return address and facilitating the return, the process was repeatedly prolonged. I was repeatedly offered store credit and partial refunds, and there were attempts to encourage me to purchase additional products rather than simply process my refund.

I was also actively discouraged from pursuing a refund because of the international return shipping costs, given that their fulfilment centre is located in China. I do not consider it reasonable that I should be deterred from exercising my right to return products because of the location of their fulfilment centre.

Their website states that they offer an “easy 30-day returns” process. My experience has been anything but easy. In my view, the significant discrepancy between this claim and the way my return request has been handled is misleading and potentially amounts to misrepresentation.

I will have no option but to raise the matter with the relevant UK consumer protection and Trading Standards authorities.

The Bliss bra is extremely comfortable and the only bra I can wear right now, only on my first trimester. I know where I will go for my maternity bra needs from now on and have already recommended the brand to a pregnant friend.

These are actually one of my favorite bras! Super soft and actually fits me pretty well, I'm normally a 32G and the large size fit well!
It has good support and the clasps for nursing are easy to open and close with one hand.
Overall very nice and comfortable!

The bra has so much comfortable support without using an underwire, and the strap that comes under the cup is made of the stretchiest material I’ve ever experienced. So it doesn’t cut into the breast like I’ve experienced with some other nursing bras. It alap actually fits me better than any traditional bra I’ve ever worn. Perhaps because I wasn’t sure about my size, but I gave my measurements, and the size they recommended was perfect.

Very comfortable and good quality - have tried a few brands and these are easily the best quality. Just ordered another set of 3 to add to my collection!

Lovely bras, I bought one to try then bought threw more! Super comfy and easy to fold over when nursing without the cup and pads getting out of shape. Also fantastic customer service!

I bought my first bliss bra to try it out and have since bought another. I have large breast and even larger whilst breastfeeding and have found this bra super supportive and comfortable. I would really recommend them, especially if you need extra boob support.

I purchased 3 bras with all the good reviews and promises of free shipping, free exchanges and 30 day returns.

The bras arrived and unfortunately were the wrong size. I followed the charts but they were inaccurate so definitely email and confirm their sizing.

I emailed the customer service team asking for guidance on how to return, and didnt get a response.
I used the contact us option through the website and didn’t get a response.
I finally received a response on the Instagram page after I just asked a question about what they do for returns. Then the customer service team finally responded.

I was then told it would cost a further $18aud to to get the right size, but I could keep the smaller ones. I said that I didn’t want the smaller size and just want the size I needed, I was then told that returning would be much more expensive.

Fed up and frustrated that I’d already spent over $100 for the product, I decided try that option, but they gave me a discount code that didn’t match the $18 offer. I then questioned it and they reduced the fee down to $9aud. I paid and received the bras.

The returns policy is really quite misleading, so please be aware when using this website.

I just placed my second order of the maternity bras. Throughout pregnancy and my breastfeeding journey, these bras are the best I’ve found. The material is so soft and the bra just fits everywhere exactly how it should. Love love love!!!

I really struggled to find a bra during pregnancy that provided both support and comfort. Unfortunately, I got to 38 weeks before I found Maternique! The bra arrived and it is the best bra I have ever owned - So silky, supportive and easy to wear. I have since bought another 2 to see me through postpartum. To be honest, these bras are so comfortable, I will probably continue wearing even without pregnancy or nursing. The customer service and delivery was also fantastic so I have had a really good buying experience all round. I would absolutely recommend and would advise any other potential buyers not to hesitate.

I also asked for fitting support prior to ordering as I wasn’t sure what would be best as a newly postpartum mum and Amy was so helpful. I’m on my 2nd order as I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else now.
