The service from the whole team since then has been brilliant. I've dealt with Sumayya, Megan, Ethan and Joe at different points and they've always kept me updated, answered my calls and dealt with any questions or requests without any trouble.

I'm especially grateful for their patience and the effort they put in towards the end of the process. When things needed a push to get the sale over the line, they were actively chasing solicitors, speaking to my buyers and doing what they could to keep everything moving. That made a massive difference during what can be a pretty stressful final few weeks.

We recently bought our house via the Mortimers branch in Blackburn. The staff throughout the process were helpful, friendly and made the whole buying experience much easier than other agencies we have dealt with in the past. A special mention to Veda who managed the sale for us and was responsive and approachable and helped us deal with the difficulties that arose and support us to find solutions. Kylie was great giving us sound financial advice- highly recommend that part of the service. Also, Ethan in the office was so helpful on completion day, liasing with the other offices and sorting keys etc in a calm and efficient manner.
