I love their brand and what they stand for, and they are nice, comfortable shoes, HOWEVER, within a couple of weeks they were discoloured and virtually impossible to clean. I’ve tried everything on them, and they will look slightly better when wiped down, but within a day they’re back to looking filthy and discoloured. I won’t buy from MoEa again unfortunately.

Great shopping experience, nice sneakers. I had ordered my normal size, but it was too small. So I went for an exchange, and it went really smoothly. Shipping for both pairs was quick. The quality of the shoes still needs testing over time. So far they look good, they are comfortable and they're made of vegan, sustainable materials. Plus, I got them during summer sale for a good price! 👌

It was a normal easy order and swift delivery. I got sufficient information about the order and delivery, by WhatsApp and mail (+choice). It's also really nice comfy shoes, so I would definitely recommend this brand from my first experience with them.

Lots of choices, colour options and photos that show the product really well. Ordering was easy and they Arrived quickly and well packaged. The trainers look great so far and I liked the additional laces included. I’m especially pleased that I can find stylish vegan and mostly plastic free footwear and that I can return them when they’re worn out.

I bought the Rise shoes from the new collection and let me tell you, I absolutely love them!!! They’re lightweight, great quality (and made from corn!), super fashionable and, more importantly, VEGAN. Shipping was smooth and they arrived in just a few days.

I was looking for a sustainable and vegan brand that could offer beautiful shoes without compromising on quality, and after the rebrand, MoEa really ticked all the boxes for me.

Shoes are stylish but I’d like to have less plastic in the materials.
Plastic makes the shoes less breathable and reduces eco-friendly.
So aside from the soles, it’d be great if the rest of the shoe was biodegradable and zero plastic

I really wanted these shoes to work, because I wanted a sustainable vegan shoe I could feel good about. The return and customer service experience prevented this. I ordered my shoes and after realizing that they were too big, I attempted to make a return and was not given a return label, but instead had to ship at my own expense. This cost more than the shoes themselves. I tried to reach MOEA via email multiple times to no avail and was never connected to someone in their chat despite multiple messages. Very disappointed and will not be shopping here again.

8/10/26 Update
MOEA finally responded to my emails and after following their exact instructions on two occasions for returning my shoes and incurring packing fees both times, my return is still unresolved. I had the UPS store manager double check that we were following their instructions correctly and each time the package was returned to me. I have asked for a refund at this point and their response was to attempt to return it a third time.

If you reside in the U.S., I would not recommend purchasing anything from them if you want the option to return it.

Love the style of these sneakers so much. Even more amazing how they are made, I love telling people!

LOVE my Gen 5 sneakers! SO comfortable, waterproof, great quality and gorgeous! I just wish they hadn't stop making this model because it's my favourite
