The products are extremely poor quality, one pair of earrings I got will not clip and one of the necklaces completely fell apart when I wore it for the first time

I placed my order with Mob Dark on July 18, and nearly a month later I still have not received it.
The tracking has been stuck with no updates since August 8. I have contacted Mob Dark multiple times asking them to follow up with their shipping carrier, and I have also tried contacting the carrier myself. The carrier does not return my calls, and I still have no idea where my package actually is.
What has been most frustrating is that I feel like I've been left to chase down Mob Dark's shipping company myself. As the customer, I shouldn't have to spend this much time trying to locate an order that I already paid for.
I've been patient and have followed up repeatedly, but at this point the lack of delivery, communication, and resolution is unacceptable. I just want Mob Dark to take responsibility for the shipment, contact their carrier, and either get my order delivered or provide an appropriate resolution.
Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend ordering from Mob Dark.

I ordered from this company before checking Trustpilot, and that was a mistake. They seem to be basically drop-shipping cheap products.
I bought a few items from them, and unfortunately the quality was very poor, which is a real shame. The Barb Cuban bracelet was my favourite at first, but after only a couple of months it started turning green and tarnishing. The website states that it is made from stainless steel, so that claim seems misleading.
The other items I purchased were so disappointing that I do not even wear them. The finish on the Carnage chain is particularly bad, and the backing looks very poorly made. It is still a nice-looking chain overall, but the finishing quality is definitely not great.
Overall, I was very disappointed with the quality of the products I received, so I’m not ordering ever again, and if I were you, do not bother!

I cannot rate the quality of the products however had multiple issues with trying to order products online. There is currently an offer on with code BLACK which will give you 2 items free if you pay for another 2 items, it constantly kept erasing the code and when I went to pay it deleted the code again and I was almost charged double, I wouldnt have noticed either it was only because I scrolled back up to check the order. Website is absolutely awful to use and it put me off actually buying from them.

I ordered the Shark Tooth bracelet. The pictures they advertise with are doctored, it appears to have size and weight to it. What I received would barely pass as a child's charm bracelet. The teeth were tiny, smaller than my pinky nail, and the bracelet had no weight. When it arrived in the mail, the package felt empty.. I knew i was scammed before i even opened it.

A real mixed bag. The bracelets are okay quality, sizing is a bit off it seems.
The dead chapel ring is absolutely nothing like advertised on the site. It’s tiny and far less detailed than the photos and has extremely sharp edges on the adjustable band.
Still waiting on the second part of my order to arrive..
delivery is slow, but as advertised.

Edit on 23rd July:

Rest of order (a “hex” initial signet ring) arrived and it wasn’t hexagonal like the picture.. it’s just a square and the engraving is absolutely poor quality, rough and discoloured in places already.
Demoted from 2* to 1* , avoid at all costs.

Delivery took a little while but earings as advertised. Decent looking quality, no issues.

I ordered earings from them that was supposed to be stainless steel and it turned orange/red and put green trails on my skin. I’m very disapointed and I really don’t recommand it.

Bought a ring for my daughter based on description and photos. Arrived on time but within a couple of hours wearing it the ring turned copper coloured and left green marks on her skin. NOT stainless steel at all. Emailed customer service and provided photos and they offered a replacement, which I have just declined and requested a full refund. I know it will cost me postage because they're in China but these guys are scamming you, not letting them get away with it!! 30 days returns policy is just enough time to pass before the copper below is visible and they know it.

They are selling shein quality jewellery shipped from china , and charging more money for it. I’m really upset with the quality and do not recommend. Please save your money and find something elsewhere. I’m actually really upset about it.

Was really excited for my £300 order because it was all described as solid stainless and heavy. It is not at all it's cheap products from china not worth the money at all and very light and poor quality, will try to return.

They sell overpriced fake stainless steel jewellery that begins to turn copper red after a month or so (leaving green stains on the skin) and then claim that they cannot refund due to the fact that more than 30 days have passed.
Junk stuff, stay away.

Items rust after one time wearing, even if it says stainless steel. It's a scam. You can buy the same products on cheap China Sites for a fraction of the price.

Absolutely rubbish company. Ordered 4 items, only 1 is wearable because everything else has been sent in the wrong size! After waiting as long as I did for the order to arrive this is very annoying and no doubt I'll be expected to pay a fortune to return them. Don't use this company!

The quality of the pieces is terrible, nothing like what is described. The steel is not stainless, I used it once and it changed color, the earrings gave me an allergic reaction, very poor quality products, the money I spent on this cheap costume jewelry was a waste.
