Very good company. Very fast payment

I placed a Gold trade with a stop-loss and take-profit set correctly, but the platform did not execute it as configured, and the resulting loss cost me my funded account. I have screenshots documenting what happened.

What has been more frustrating than the error itself is the silence. I’ve submitted multiple support tickets and called the listed phone number. My inquiry has been sitting as “pending” with no reply.

I’m not asking for anything unearned just a review of the trade logs. If the execution failure is confirmed on their end, the account should be restored. I’ve worked hard to pass and maintain funded accounts and have been a paying customer in good standing.

holy lucid your the best, and how fast you approve the payouts and how much easy it is take get payouts.

I have been banned by Lucid, but don't know why, I have used my ligit ID and everything, but they banned me mentioning "your account was placed under review for identity verification, during which automated or manual checks flagged multiple inconsistent items", if you are afraid of good traders, just don't waste our time.

I’ve only used one other prop firm to take my daily trades, they aren’t even comparable how much better lucid is, especially now with the new app. So user friendly and more importantly keeps me up to date with exactly where I stand on my eval/funded progress. Takes a lot of the stress away before I ever enter a trade!

Very bad experience my login under review

Great prop firm. Super fast payout. Definitely a 5 star

I joined Lucid after seeing consistently positive reviews, hoping it would be a reliable firm. I received my second payout without issue and was about to request my third (I had just completed 5/5 winning days) when my account was suddenly paused and I was told I needed to “redo ID verification.”

I followed the instructions multiple times, but the process kept looping me back to the same prompt. After several failed attempts I contacted support for help. Instead of assistance, I received a message claiming “Cross-user coordinated trading activity was confirmed between your account and another linked user.” No evidence or further explanation was provided. I have never engaged in anything of the sort. I have traded for nearly three years and have always followed the rules at every firm I’ve worked with.

My account was permanently closed and I was banned from Lucid, with my funds withheld. I needed that money to pay bills. Being an honest trader trying to make a living, I am left shocked and disappointed. I genuinely thought Lucid was different.

KYC Fraud & Zero Customer Support
I had a very disappointing experience with Lucid Proper Firm. During the KYC process, [describe what went wrong — e.g., they misused my documents / delayed verification unfairly / rejected valid KYC without reason]. This felt like outright fraud rather than a genuine verification process.
On top of that, their customer support is completely unresponsive. I reached out multiple times through [email/chat/call] but got no proper resolution — just silence or generic replies. For a financial/trading platform, this level of negligence is unacceptable and puts customers' money and data at risk.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious before trusting this firm with their KYC documents or funds.

Lucid Trading has been an excellent prop firm to work with. Their evaluations are some of the cheapest I’ve found, especially considering they include end-of-day drawdown—a feature many other firms charge much more for.

Their profit targets are also lower than many competitors offering the same account sizes, which makes the evaluation process feel much more achievable. Payouts are extremely fast and, in my experience, have been processed almost instantly.

Another major advantage is that Lucid has its own mobile app, which most other prop firms do not offer. Overall, they provide affordable evaluations, trader-friendly rules, fast payouts, and great technology. Definitely a five-star experience!

So far, Lucid has been great. I passed my eval, and my funded account was ready in just a couple minutes. Very nice that they do that because now I can take another trade for the day. Haven't gotten a payout with lucid yet, but I'm sure I'll be back with another review once it happens.
