NO REFUNDS unless you pay shipping to CHINA!

To all the buyers who had a good experience purchasing from Luuza, consider yourself lucky. To all those who didn’t, DITTO! I’ll never buy from this outfit (no pun intended), again. I truly believe the customer service is AI driven. There should be federal law that foreign companies cannot post a USA address on their websites then expect buyers to send returns overseas. I could have purchased from a Chinese seller on eBay and received better treatment.
UPDATE: I received the 20% refund sent to my method of payment. The refund was electronically submitted from Sheridan, Wy. It seems Luuza handles somehow much of its business in the US just not returns of merchandise. Interesting.

1 Star — Buyer Beware

I would strongly caution anyone considering ordering from Luuza.

I placed an order for a specific pair of shoes and received a completely different pair than what I ordered. I contacted customer service expecting a very simple resolution: send me the shoes I actually purchased and provide a prepaid return label if they wanted the incorrect shoes back.

Instead, I was told that I would be responsible for paying return shipping to correct their mistake.

To be clear, this was not a situation where I changed my mind or ordered the wrong item. Luuza sent me the wrong merchandise. I should not have to spend additional money to return an item I never ordered in the first place just to receive what I already paid for.

What makes this particularly frustrating is that their website advertises a “30 Day Returns — Shop with confidence” policy. My experience has been anything but confidence-inspiring.

I gave customer service an opportunity to make this right. I even made it clear that I was perfectly willing to return the incorrect shoes if they provided a prepaid shipping label. Instead of simply correcting their fulfillment error, they attempted to make the cost and inconvenience of their mistake my responsibility.

I wish I had read the negative reviews before ordering, because I now see other customers reporting very similar experiences.

My advice: be extremely cautious ordering from Luuza. If they send you the wrong item, you may find yourself fighting just to receive what you actually paid for.

I will update this review if Luuza resolves the issue appropriately.

My dress arrived in time for dinner with the girls and fitted beautifully. Comfortable, flattering and easy to wear for the whole evening.

I ordered several outfits for a weekend away with friends and gave myself enough time because the site mentioned the delivery period clearly. Everything came when expected, which was a relief. One of the sets became my favourite almost immediately because it was comfortable enough for walking around during the day but still looked nice in the evening. I actually wore it again on the last day because I liked it that much.

I wasn’t sure which size to choose, so I messaged before ordering. The reply was actually useful and helped me pick the right one. My parcel arrived later that week and everything fitted the way I hoped.

Ordered ahead of a family event because I didn’t want to leave things until the last minute. The delivery estimate turned out to be accurate and I received updates as the parcel moved along. Everything was folded neatly when it arrived. The dress fitted well and looked lovely in photos too.

I bought linen coord sets and they are both not linen. Return policy is a 20% refund without returning the items back.

DO NOT BUY ...

The jumpsuit looked even nicer once I tried it on. I usually struggle with jumpsuits around the waist, but this one sat comfortably and didn’t feel restrictive. Wore it for several hours at a birthday and never felt the need to change.

There’s a really nice mix of clothes on the website. I found casual pieces, dresses and a few things I’d happily save for holidays without having to look through hundreds of similar styles.

I bought a dress for my cousin’s engagement and was nervous about ordering something important online. When it arrived, the shape was really flattering and the fabric had a nicer feel than I expected. I wore it with simple heels and jewellery and got quite a few compliments. Very happy I went with it.

The top I ordered has such a flattering shape without being uncomfortable. I’ve worn it with jeans during the day and then again with a skirt for drinks, so I’m getting much more use from it than expected.

Took a little longer than some of my usual online orders, but I knew that before buying. The pieces were worth it and I’d shop here again.

Purchased several items, 2 dresses, 2 pairs of pants, and two bathing suit covers. Quality is extremely cheap polyester type material, prints are very blurry. Sizing is completely inconsistent. I am normally a small in a dress and a medium in pants. One dress was a small and was too big, one dress was a medium and was too small, both pants were mediums and were too small. One bathing suit cover was fine, the other was extra long unlike in the photos. Had to return 5 out of the 6 items. Then they require you to send photos of the items, the tags and the packaging, that you plan to return before they will provide you with additional return instructions. Highly inconvenient. I will not purchase from Luuza again.

Good quality and regular shipping updates. Nothing complicated and my parcel arrived safely.

I asked customer service whether the trousers ran small because I was between sizes. They replied the next day and suggested the larger size, which turned out to be the right choice. They also gave me a realistic idea of when the order would arrive. That made the whole purchase much easier.

It was reassuring to see the return information clearly before I paid. Buying clothes online can be a bit of a gamble with sizing, although thankfully I ended up keeping everything from this order.

If I could rate ZERO STARS I WOULD. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! THEY TOOK MY MONEY, NEVER SHIPPED MY ITEM AND STOPPED RESPONDING TO ME. They’re uploading FALSE REVIEWS FROM PEOPLE WITHIN THE COMPANY TO FURTHER SCAM US SO WE DONT SEE THE NEGATIVE, TRUE ONES!!!!

They are another rip off. Chinese company! The sandals I bought were supposed to be orthopedic and were not. They weren’t bad looking but definitely NOT supportive. I emailed them and they wanted pictures. Red flag right away! No other company except these scams ask for a picture! I know they’ll say I have to send them back and the address will be in China! Too expensive.
I will NEVER buy from them again!

The dress arrived and didn’t look much like the picture. It arrived very creased.

There isn’t a link to click on for a free returns label like most companies and you are told to ship the item back to china at your own expense, but first you have to take pictures to show the dress doesn’t fit.
If I had known a return would be to china I would never have ordered in the first place.

All very time consuming and costly! Avoid
