Great service
Rich Flintoft was incredible with the way he guided me through the entire process of taking out my polices. It is something I have always found very overwhelming, however he explained everything so well to me and took the time to answer any questions I had. He really took the fear out of it for me and made me feel at ease during the whole process. I can not recommend him enough. Thank you for your time

Waiting times for phones to be answered then told your get a call back within the hour. You wait in a d no one called back. Took me 3 days to get my insurance sorted in the end. Still waiting to get my partners sorted.
