Great place to live. The manager of the place is very helpful and friendly. He organizes good events for everyone and try to make people know each other.I highly recommend.

I rented a room in Paris for my daughter. The building and room was generally good but unfortunately no maintenance was performed, e.g. no cold water in her bath for the overall 9 month. Now she moved out more than 2 month ago, no damages, but further on not the deposit back.

Very easy to book, and friendly staff.

Really plug & play, it may be a bit expensive for a having roommate experience but really easy & nice experience.

Avoid them as you can
I moved to this apparement and it was so dirty and no way someone can live in it.
I pay rent 750€ and fees to get the room are 380€.
And the big surprise when you leave they will not give you all your money back, they removed 200€ as saying for cleaning , so they charge cleaning for something you didnt do
I did send a letter to the departement of justice in France and i will take this to serious situation, it’s 100% illegal what they are doing. No control for whom lives with you and when you send email saying the dirt and the noise they will never care, what matter is only the money for them.

You can be left stranded and locked out
at anytime of their digital systems fail. And while they argue they respond in a timely manner - responding to an emergency by email and actually resolving the access issue in a timely manner are two different things.
Alexander, the manager is rude, unhelpful, defensive, and dismissive.

Reliable access to your room and emergency support are bare minimum expectations. Both failed here causing safety concerns especially if the events take place over night Given this I would NOT recommend this accommodation, especially for solo travelers, young women, or long stays.

Extremely disappointing experience.

Since September, residents have had to deal with constant construction work, noise, and delays. We were repeatedly told that the work would be finished “soon”, it dragged on for the entire year, with residents forced to live in an ongoing construction site for months, drilling that shakes the walls (literally), messy and filthy elevators and halls and so much more!

Meanwhile, we have been paying more than €300 per month for services and facilities that simply have not been provided included in our total rent of over 1800 euros per month for an appartement with 2 rooms. We had no heating throughout the winter, and now we have no air conditioning during summer, with temperatures reaching 39°C in Paris - the apartment is a SAUNA : The common areas that were advertised and promised are still not fully delivered after nine months.

What is even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication and accountability. Maintenance requests go unanswered, concerns are ignored, and there has been no meaningful apology, compensation, or effort to make up for 9 months of inconvenience.

For the amount being charged, this level of service is unacceptable. Residents deserve functioning heating and cooling, completed facilities, honest communication, and basic respect. Unfortunately, this residence has failed on all of those points.

I would like to sincerely thank the entire team for their professionalism, responsiveness, and support throughout my housing search. Thanks to your platform, I was able to find accommodation quickly and with confidence. I highly recommend your services. Thank you very much!

My overall stay was amazing and i would recommend colonies for the persons who are having difficulties for finding a good appartment. Colonies is good for that. Everything was good and same as it is shown in picture except one of the toilet is totally broken and its not working from the starting of my arrival until now and one of my flat sharer complained about it still no one is looking for that. So, that will be the negative point.

The apartment i rented was in good condition, however, before booking the room i asked if they were noise-proof, they said yes, but I can even hear when my coloc breathes in the other room, these walls are very very thin contrary to what was promised, there was black mold in my bathroom that they are stalling to fix (its been 3 months). Moreover there were other leakage issues that were clearly caused by wear and tear before I arrived, for which they dumped the charges on us and furthermore when i tried to contest the charges, they sent an automated email.

Everything went smoothly.
