DPD delivery issues and slow support
As DPD is the only delivery option, I have not received my lamp for three weeks (with no reason) and have no answer from the support yet

It is alright
Delivery was alright. It took more then 5 business days. The products where well protected and are in good condition. Each lamp looks the way it was advertised. They were installed by a professional electricien and look good on the ceiling. One Lamp however a Hängeleuchte is not horizontal, and i am not sure whether this is the fault of the manufacturer or the electrician. All in all, i recommend this website, however one has to be careful in selection.

Bought an LED ceiling light
Bought an LED ceiling light, stopped functioning in less than 2 years. Customer service was unhelpful, claiming warranty had passed and that no spare parts were available. For an LED ceiling light, one would expect a much longer life. And better customer support.

Nice models and lamps, hotline accessible and friendly - BUT I ordered a lamp a month ago with delivery date in 5-8 working days and every week its is postponed and postponed - they blame their supplier. Not reliable!
